Newly constructed one bedroom one bath guest home. 5 miles to Mancos, 10 miles to Cortez, 32 miles to Durango, 1 hour to The Durango airport. Centrally located to the park, La Plata mountains in the San Juan National Forest, Mancos State park, and 10 minute drive to Phils World BLM mountain biking area. Home is on 13 rural acres with beautiful views of the park and La Platas out your windows. WIFI, Smart Tv and 4GLTE phone service.

Perfect Escape

Extremely close to the entrance of Mesa Verde National Park, and nestled between the towns of Cortez and Mancos. The guest house was perfectly clean, and the layout was adorable. Would highly suggest anyone to stay here. An extra high-point for us, was the fact that it was also pet-friendly.

Awesome location

The view was it was amazing and peaceful. The night skies were beautiful. This was our third stop on a 10 day journey and got the best sleep here cause it was so relaxing. Would come again if I’m back out in this area, thanks Mike and Erin.

Mesa Verde retreat

This was a very clean place with a lovely view. It was easy to be to and is in a good location for visiting Mesa Verde and all of the area around there. Marcos, which is close by, has a nice little pizza parlor and grocery store. The Marcos Brewery is also a great place!
