Spacious slightly elevated ground floor beachfront condo located in the famous St. Lawrence Gap, the entertainment hub of the island. Mistle Cove is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, banks, grocery stores and more, yet is not affected at night by the busy area.
This apartment is furnished to an excellent standard. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be made up into a king bed as/if required. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. There is a large patio looking over the pool, garden and beach. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Bridgetown the capital is approximately 15 minutes away by car , the airport is also 15 minutes away by car and the Barbados Golf Club at Durants, Christ Church is just 10 minutes away.

The location is awesome! Tons of restaurants, bakery, convenience store all within a few blocks. The view of from the patio is gorgeous of the Caribbean with a small beach 50ft away! And a beautiful pool. Private gated parking. The best equipped kitchen I ever rented. Just perfect.
We were very pleased with this location. From the easy parking in front to the ocean front in the back.
The condo itself was well furnished with all the conveniences hoped for to enjoy our time there.
Would stay again without hesitation.
The apartment was well equipped and our host very helpful and reactive to issues. We had some issues with water supply pressure/showers which appears to be a common issue in the apartment block/ Gap area due to hard water supplies. This issue was resolved for us promptly but we felt should have been on the pre let check list. The apartment is well equipped and the owner took on board some items we raised as "additional for future" quickly. The outside area is great but the pool is small and not large enough to swim in and more of a cool off spot. The mini private beach at the apartment is excellent but difficult to swim in/get into without beach shoes due to the stony nature. Often a lot of waves due to the exposed nature of the site. The apartment is very well centrally located for pubs/restaurants. If into exercise /running the Paradise foot ball park just down the road is excellent.

We strive to respond immediately to guests' feedback before, during and after their stays. The current guests provided some excellent recommendations for future guests; the majority of which were implemented within 24hrs to the benefit of current and future guests alike.
We suspect that Barbados experienced an island-wide water related issue. We implemented a technical solution at 103 Mistle Cove that quickly resolved the matter to the guests satisfaction.
We thank the guests for their review and look forward to them returning to 103 in the not-too-distant future.
We spent a few days in this fabulous condo at the tail end of our honeymoon. We could not have asked for more! The location, pool, beach, and accommodation was perfect. You are close to everything but still have a quiet space. The hosts and management team were lovely and we appreciated all the care and thought. Go right now! We can’t wait to come back for our Anniversary.
Fantastic master bedroom with windows overlooking the water that was just about 15 meters away so the sound of the breaking waves could lull anyone to sleep. There is a small somewhat private beach at the condo and the beautiful Dover beach is a 5 minute walk away. Lots of great restaurants/bars nearby. Noise late at night was not a problem so there must be rules/bylaws restricting noise. Nicole was our main contact and she was readily available to help with any questions we had. We had a lovely stay.
I can’t say enough about how happy we all were. It was Spectacular, a home away from home.
It’s always an added bonus to any destination when you can feel like you are at home in the rented accommodation. The unit, property management, staff and correspondence with the owners was 10 out of 10. The location, virtually private beach and the country on a whole was our favourite holiday yet. I would say bring water shoes for the rocks at the beach at complex, however we were able to find a path out to swim along side the turtles … it was my coffee every morning. We will be back to Barbados for sure and Mistle Cove is definitely 5 stars from our family and worth a rebook.

What a beautifully situated property! Within walking distance to everything you may need, wonderful dinning, night life & the finest beaches. If you prefer to stay on the property there is a quiet swimming pool and lovely little sandy private beach for your enjoyment. This good sized secure property is spotless, tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well equiped in the event you wish to dine in. Both bedrooms are spacious and very comfortabe. The outdoor space overlooking the pool and ocean is a lovely place to spend your time over breakfast deciding your daily adventures. Although situated in a lively area we didn't find street noise to be an issue at any time of day. Both the owners and management team are a pleasure to deal with, very pleasant, easily accessible and have excellent knowledge of the island that is readily shared upon request.
My only regret was our stay was too short. We look forward to returning to this fabulous property and creating another chapter of everlasting family memories.
I had a wonderful stay at Mistle Cove with my family! It was exactly as advertised, everything in the condo was functional and it was well supplied, even down to some plastic cutlery and plates for kids, which we really appreciated. Definitely a good spot to be with kids of any age. We were very comfortable. The sound of the waves was so relaxing, and with the windows open there was a lovely breeze. The beach out front isn’t really a swimming beach as there is a shore break, but there’s some sand for playing and relaxing on and the oceanfront atmosphere can’t be beat. The property managers were excellent! They were responsive, thorough and kind. The owners were also friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is central in St Lawrence Gap with many bars and restaurants. There’s a convenience store 2 doors down that has basics and more. We didn’t even experience any late-night noise from the bars. Overall 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfectly located directly overlooking its own small private beach and pool via a large furnished terrace. All bars, restaurants and the main Dover Beach on St Lawrence Gap are within walking distance.
The development was immaculately maintained on a daily basis by gardeners and groundsmen. There is excellent access security in place and property management was prompt, professional and very friendly.
The apartment itself is very well equipped, cleaned to a high standard and very comfortable. The bathrooms are both large lovely rooms but may need an update in the coming years. Having said that there is nothing wrong with them at the moment. This is just an ongoing maintenance observation.
The apartment was thoroughly cleaned with a bedding and towel change once during our ten day stay which was a lovely bonus. The owners are very friendly and kept in touch by email during our stay, checking we were happy. Overall an excellent choice.
We had a great stay. The communication beforehand went very well, everyone was very helpful. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need from a comfortable bed to a blender for mixing your own smoothies/cocktails. The location is terrific. There is a small private beach area that you have almost to yourself. From there you can go snorkeling and regularly see turtles swimming in the sea. There are numerous restaurants and a kiosk in the immediate surroundings. We would definitely book this accommodation again. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
Very comfortable apartment, just yards from a little sandy beach. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Some nice touches include a pair of binoculars, a bookshelf with about 100 novels, and, my favourite, two UK-style electric sockets in the kitchen, great for charging our phones and laptop without having to use adaptors (which I took with me but left in my suitcase). The manageress was very pleasant and promptly helpful when we needed her. Our four weeks passed all too soon.
Our family loved our week long visit. The property manager was helpful in communication before and during our stay. Only wish that some of the kitchenware was a little cleaner for arrival. Thanks for the great week!
We spent four weeks in this great apartment and really loved it.
We found this really spacious apartment in perfect conditions.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary details.
The master bedroom is spacious, heading towards the shore break, the ensuite bathroom is large enough to even feature a bathtub.
The second bedroom is a little smaller heading to the street with the nearest bar just 50m away. Due to good and well functioning windows this wasn't a problem at all.
The highlight of the apartment though is the large outdoors area or terrace or how ever you prefer to call it. It is well protected from direct sun, which enables the use all day long and gives you the permanent view and sound of the close by shore break.
Overall a really beautiful apartment, that is fully recommendable.

The property and location are great for different lifestyles and suit those with special needs.
Our holiday was booked with a few days notice, from the internet and a last minute flight from Virgin. Although I had my reservations at the time of booking, 3 days before flying, this holiday, unplanned, turned out to be one of the best.
Donna & Mark provided sufficient knowledge and assurance before, during and post holiday to ensure us any future bookings can be made with confidence.
Our 8 year old son has special needs and most people would have not embarked on an 8 hour flight, plus a 3 hour anticipated check-in. However, Virgin was superb giving us Special Assistance and allowing us to arrive just 90 minutes before take off and allowed us to board first or last.
Our daughter (13) and son (8) loved the apartment, with ample space to do their own thing and a great balcony to watch the waves and boats on the south coast, during meal times and those hot periods throughout the day.
Aircon in both bedrooms was a welcome relief for those hot humid evenings. A short 20 minute blast was enough to ensure a good nights sleep.
The acoustics throughout the apartment were fantastic, we thought we had the pool and private beach to ourselves. Even with the closest bar, no more than 50 metres away, the waves breaking and sea breeze kept even the loudest music at bay. A very pleasant surprise.
The living area was ideal, ample seating, eating, dining and storage space. We spent 2 weeks here and would have no hesitation returning.
You have the option of eating out in St Lawrence gap, taking a bus or taxi to Holetown or hiring a car for a supermarket trip to Warrens or Holetown, where most ingredients can be found. However, we would recommend taking a trip to PEG Farm to source really good value organic meat, fruit and vegetables.
The pool and garden is kept immaculate. Really nice place to cool off during the day or evening. We saw humming birds and frigate birds from the balcony, lizards on the bushes and turtles would swim across the rocks in front of the private beach (no walkable public access to the beach).
Don't bother with the tourists traps, take a snorkel and just walk 5 minutes to either Worthing or Dover beach, during low tide and watch the fish and turtles. We were privileged to snorkel with green, loggerhead and hawksbill turtles during our stay ... you just have to look for them.
The wifi during the evenings was used regularly for planning and security was assured with electronic gates and doors.
A superb holiday - a great apartment.

A most wonderful condo
We were a party of 4 women ranging in age from 87 to 16. The Neville’s condo st Mistle Cove is as described. It is metres from the amazing Barbados ocean, near beautiful beaches and many restaurants. The Mistle Cove property is quiet and well cared for. We always had a beach chair and loved taking dips in the pool. We had no need to rent a car as we could walk to where we needed to go. Also when we booked tours, the tour operators picked us up at our door. Tours are better priced when booked in Barbados. We took advantage of the local public transportation which can take you all over the island for $2.00. We also found Barbados folks polite, honest and helpful. It is a pricey island but by renting the condo, we were able to split expenses and the well appointed kitchen allowed us to enjoy many meals on the terrace listening to the crashing waves. The condo owners were a delight and so is Orrisa.

An Oasis in the vibrant "Gap". Kid friendly. Mom & Dad approved.
I spent a week at Mistle Cove with my wife, mother and two boys (1 y/o and 3 y/o). The location was perfect for us.
The apartment was spacious and had everything we need (full kitchen, laundry, TV, patio, etc.) . The corner store next door (literally) was very handy.
We ate out every night and restaurants were nearby (we usually walked), excellent & kid-friendly.
Most amenities in walking distance (restaurants, beaches, pubs, public transportation). All amenities within a short drive (Oistins, Bridgetown, grocery stores) - or long walk.
Our hosts were accessible, accommodating and lovely in general.
5+ stars. We'll be back.

A perfect beachside getaway in a great neighbourhood
We loved this rental.
Our hosts made everything so simple and easy, from first contact to our final check-out, and from the first moment we saw Mistle Cove. We were delighted.
The property was well-appointed and secure with everything we could have wanted (great kitchen!) and the bedrooms and living room area were spacious and comfortable. We also spent a lot of time on the lovely closed terrace listening to the surf and the birds. Being steps from a private beach and having an even-closer pool and lounging area was a real treat. We were in the water every day.
In terms of location, this place is also perfect, in the heart of St Lawrence Gap and its many food and drink options, but also set back from the road so the sounds of the nightlife don’t reach you if you want to rest.
We’d happpily come back to Mistle Cove, and highly recommend this property.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing holiday at 103 Mistle Cove.
It is a very special place with its own private beach, private pool, and all the necessary amenities within walking distance. Although St. Lawrence Gap is a lively place , Mistle Cove is very quiet and relaxing- with the only noise being the lovely crashing of the waves. The flat itself has a homely feel and is very well appointed.. Our family cannot wait to return.
