Superb comfortable rental, decor in the spirit of "Ile de Ré", very successful. New quality furniture and bedding.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Fehlern

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön: ruhig, Bäckerei, Strand, Markt und Hafen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Ort ist malerisch. Gerade der kleine Hafen von Sainte-Marine ist sehenswert und mit guten Restaurants ausgestattet. Mit viel Geschmack wurde das Haus dekoriert. Leider leidet an einigen Stellen darunter die Nutzbarkeit. So sind die Schlafzimmer im OG ohnehin schon sehr klein, und wurden dann mit eher unpraktischen Aufbewahrungslösungen ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer hat wahnsinnig viele Schubladen, eins lediglich eine sehr schmale Stange und das Kinderzimmer nur eine Kommode. Hätte besser gelöst werden können. Wir haben das Kinderzimmer inkl. Bett zur Kleiderkammer umfunktioniert und unseren Sohn in ein großes Bett quartiert. Auch die Waschbecken oben sind viel zu klein. Hier und da muss handwerklich gewartet werden. Lose Fußleisten, schlecht schließende Türen usw., offene Fugen, durch die Ameisen dringen. Zudem stand in der deutschen Beschreibung bei Buchung, "Neue Möblierung und Bettwäsche" - letztere war bei Ankunft aber nicht vorhanden und wurde dann gegen Aufpreis nachgeordert. Nichtsdestotrotz sind Haus und Grundstück schön, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden das Haus in der richtigen "Besetzung" auch durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, komplette Kücheneinrichtung, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: gegen die einsetzende Ameisenplage an warmen Tagen sollte dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Nachbarschaft

Das Ferienhaus ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer normalen Wohngegend und der Strand in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Das gleiche gilt für den tollen Bäcker im Ort und den Hafen mit einigen Restaurants. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen.

Sehr nettes schönes und geräumiges Haus.

Das Haus ist neu renoviert, schön geschnitten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist sehr großzügig, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und hat eine große Terrasse auf der man die Sonne genießen kann. Es liegt etwas zurück und damit sehr ruhig und geschützt. Meinen Frau, Ich und meine Kinder haben sich dort sehr Wohl gefühlt.
