Enjoy a stylish, cozy, modern 2 bed apartment just a few minutes walk from St. Peters' and the Vatican museums. The apartment is located in a charming 1920s building in the Prati area - a district built 100 years ago - and is perfect for families of up to 5 or for two couples. Close to public transport (Metro Ottaviano or Cipro-Musei Vaticani) and a vast and varied shopping district of the city.

The apartment is located on the third floor (elevator from the first floor), completely renovated with a modern feel. It has a large entrance and a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso). Two bedrooms, both with double beds (in the master room there is a rollaway bed, if needed). Two bathrooms with shower, one of which is indoor to the smaller bedroom.

Excellent séjour.

Un appartement agréable et très bien placé pour découvrir Rome. Le quartier offre tout ce qu'il faut pour se nourrir aussi bien en commerces qu'en restaurants. Proximité aussi des moyens de transport. Propriétaire charmant et de bons conseils. Le petit bémol, c'est le bruit de la rue...mais on est en ville... Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt im Zentrum

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Appartment gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Antonio hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartment liegt nur wenige Meter vom Vatikan entfernt. Für unseren nächsten Rom-Aufenthalt kommt diese Wohnung für uns auf jeden Fall wieder in Frage. Vielen Dank an Antonio.

Buena ubicación.

Inmueble en condiciones aceptables. El atrio remozado. Ascensor antiguo, pero correcto. Aposentos adecuados a su finalidad y servicios (cocina, salón, aseos...) notables. Para recomendar.

Für Stadtbesichtigungen sehr gut gelegene und sehr gut ausgestattete, gepflegte und schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Fußläufig befinden sich Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und Metro.

Quiet and cosy flat in central location

We had a great family holiday with 3 children in the cozy flat. It is in walking distance to the Vatican and the metro line in a small side street. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was clean. Antonio was very friendly and helpful when letting us into the flat.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

With the help of a couple of friendly locals, we made it our peaceful paradise. With views of St Peters from the lounge window, this apartment is conveniently located, either for walking or close enough to the metro if venturing further afield. Antonio greeted us, outlined some local information and left us to enjoy. The apartment is as described and has all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable; you won't be disappointed. Even after a mix-up with payments, Antonio resolved quickly and without a fuss. Thanks for helping make our Rome visit so much fun.

Perfekt um Rom zu erkunden

Dieses Appartement ist super gelegen und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden. Das Appartement liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Nebenstraße und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Das Appartement war sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zu Antonio und seiner Frau Elena war super und sehr angenehm. Im Umkreis findet man alles was man braucht (Markthalle, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Metro). Sollten wir noch mal nach Rom kommen, so wissen wir auf jeden Fall welches Appartement wir buchen werden. Vielen Dank Antonio.

Perfetto ! Parfait !

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio. E'idealmente situata per visitare il cuore di Roma (a due passi del Vaticano). La casa è inoltre perfetta per una famiglia (eravamo in 5). L'appartement correspond à la description faite dans l'annonce. Il est très bien situé pour visiter le coeur de Rome (à deux pas du Vatican). L'appartement est en outre idéal pour une famille (nous étions 5). GRAZIE ANTONIO.

Comfortable, clean and fully equipped apartment.

After being welcomed warmly, we had a great time. Being in a non touristic area is very nice. There are several good places for breakfast and nice restaurants. The apartment itself was very nice. The area for the bedrooms was bigger than the living room which is good since we came tot see the city and did not stay there for long times. Having two (small) bathrooms was great for us, since we were traveling with two couples. The apartment was clean and fully equipped (as far as we could see, we never cooked). It is a 10 minute walk to the metro which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes.

Simply perfect.

The ubication of the apartment, the instalations were amazing. The attention of Antonio had with us was incredible. I recommend it to everyone. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- El apartamento está increíble. Tiene unas instalaciones geniales en las que puedes encontrar de todo. La ubicación es buenisima también, el metro está a 2 minutos a pie. Si te apetece ir caminando al centro de Roma está a unos placenteros 20 minutos. Trastevere está a un paso también. Pero lo mejor de todo es la atención que Antonio tuvo con nosotros, no solo por ofrecernos cualquier tipo de flexibilidad (ofrecernos venir a recogernos al metro para llevarnos al apartamento a la llegada y al marchar poder dejar las maletas o quedarnos en el apartamento hasta la hora del vuelo), sino que además se preocupó de recoger información en castellano para nosotros, llamarnos pasado un día para preguntarnos si todo estaba bien o necesitábamos algo, además de obsequiarnos con una botella de vino y unos pasteles a la llegada. Simplemente PERFECTO. Recomendable a cualquier persona que se acerque a Roma. Thank you very much Antonio.

Ruim, schoon, mooi, goed uitgerust appartement.

Het appartement is ruim, schoon en ligt een leuke buurt met Vaticaan, bus en metro, maar ook supermarkten op een paar minuten loopafstand. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, geeft veel uitleg. De bedden zijn goed en er is voldoende beddengoed, de keuken is royaal ingericht. Eigenlijk 5 sterren, maar omdat de badkamers (2 ! ) aan de kleine kant zijn, toch maar 4 sterren.
