The renovation, led by fashion designer Alessandra Cappiello, reimagined the layout to include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, blending elegance with functionality. The apartment reflects Alessandra’s love for craftsmanship, stylistic fusion, and precious materials.



Natural light fills the living area through large windows and iron-framed glass doors that connect it to the kitchen and terraces. Original furnishings—family mirrors and shelves—coexist with modern pieces in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.



Each bedroom is unique, featuring English wallpaper, vintage details, and carefully chosen colors that enhance comfort and character. The herringbone oak floors contrast beautifully with the vintage marble in the kitchen and the mosaic tiles in the bathrooms. Restored terrazzo tiles and new ones enrich both the kitchen and bathrooms. The custom-designed kitchen opens onto the terrace and living room, maintaining harmony through sliding glass doors.



The bathrooms, with their retro-modern style, combine Grandinetti tiles, hand-painted French artwork, and custom iron details. A hidden utility closet houses a washer and dryer. The terraces—rare and privileged spaces—extend the charm of the home outdoors, offering views, tranquility, and a sense of intimate elegance.



The building has been recently upgraded with full thermal insulation and high-performance windows This ensures high thermal inertia and superior acoustic comfort, maintaining a stable indoor climate year-round.

Very nice place minutes away from the Vatican

Flavio was our point of contact for the check in. He was great. quick with responses, he helped secure transportation to the airport after check out. provided a list of places to eat and shop. the apartment was clean and located right next to a handful of restaurants, grocery stores and public trans. The view from BOTH balconies were very nice. but the apartment itself looked brand new and was very comfortable.
