OUR HOME: This beautifully decorated villa is designed for a multi family vacation, perfect for adults and kids.

JUST MINUTES AWAY: Located just 1 1/2 miles from Bethany Beach and The Boardwalk with Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, Ocean View, Ocean City, Maryland, Sea Colony, Fenwick Island, and Bayside nearby.

This 3000 square foot home features 5 bedrooms with 4.5 baths and a 2nd floor loft for additional entertaining.
Free use of essentials for a beach day, bikes and lawn games-- in the garage and ready for you!


Bedroom 1: King bed & attached Full Bathroom (walk-in shower) on 1st floor.
Bedroom 2: King bed & attached Full Bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed & attached Full Bathroom
Bedroom 4: 2 twins
Bedroom 5: Bunk Beds/trundle with 3 twins and a full.

NO PARTIES
At least 1 adult age 25 or older.
7 night minimum stay- Saturday to Saturday rental during summer months

Recreational Passes can be purchased at the Club House after check in. There is a $38 charge per guest for a weekly pass, kids 6 and under are FREE

PARKING: Full access to double car garage and driveway, parking up to 5 cars.

OV Beach Club family vacation

We brought the good weather again for our family vacation and the property owners provided the perfect home away from home. Property manager and owners were very responsive. Hope to return again next year.

2023 Family Vacation

Our family sisters, brother and their children and grandchildren spent a fantastic week in this lovely house. It is in a perfect location close to the Bethany Beach and Boardwalk. Also a short drive to both Ocean City, Maryland and Rehoboth, Delaware for day trips.

Wonderful

This house was wonderful! Very clean and plenty of space for three families. We had everything we needed to cook with. I also appreciated the light switches were labeled instead of having to guess and figure out which ones they control. The area is beautiful, nice, and quiet. Whenever I had any questions, Stacy got back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Vacation Home

Beautiful home that was spacious enough for our family of 12. Looks just like the pictures. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Location is great, close to so many things we wanted to do. The pool and club house are a convenient walk from the house. I would highly recommend this rental for a family vacation.

Clean, well equipped new home. Beautiful pool and gym but restrictions due to Covid. Owners easy to communicate with. Free linen service which is nice. Enjoyable vacation.

Family friendly beach house

My family just got home from a week stay in this home! It was clean, spacious and very close to Bethany Beach and other local attractions. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse and pool very much. Only thing that needs improvement is the small backyard and BBQ Grill. Other than that everything was as expected and the vacation was a success!!

Great family vacation

We had 11 in our family and everyone had their own bedroom and privacy. The second floor had an open space with sofa for family to relax before they started and sanded their day. We had three under 3 years and it had high chair and play yard for the one year old. Very kid friendly. Highly recommended.

Wow! Such an amazing home!

This house was clean, beautiful, comfortable, so well furnished and communication with the owner was the best we've experienced. We have 11 people in our group of friends and family. We've been renting houses in Bethany every year for more than 10 years. This house definitely goes on our favorite list. Thank you for helping to make our vacation so great!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great townhome.

Wonderful family vacation last week, close to the beach and grocery stores. The home is very welcoming and very nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped, and the beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and cooler are a plus. It’s a quiet neighborhood with not a lot of traffic so it’s great for biking and walking. We were close enough to walk to the nearby pool and workout room. I needed to contact Shantel(manager) for an issue and she was helpful and quick to respond. Stacy (owner) is attentive to the renters’ needs. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Oceanview Home

August 13-20,2022 Our three generation family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was in pristine condition and was perfect for our large group of six adults and six children. There was plenty of room for all to spread out. We loved the community pool, basketball court, and riding the bicycles that were in the garage. The neighbors were very friendly and it is such a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed backyard games and grilling as well. It isonly a short drive to the beach snd grocery store. Both the owners and property manager were always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to rent it again!

Family vacation during COVID-19

The home was beautiful and suited the needs of our family of all ages. It has plenty of space and the property manager and owner was very accommodating! We loved that the house came with beach chairs, umbrella and bikes and didn’t have to travel with those items. They were very responsive to messages in a timely manner! The community pool had a kiddie pool with little fountains that was perfect for our 1 year old on days that we didn’t go to the beach! Due to COVID - 19 the pool had odd hours and limited guests allowed in which was inconvenient at times, but that is not the owners fault and would not be the case outside of the pandemic. We would recommend this home and visit again! Thank you for having us!

Spacious Get Away

The space was very adequate for our extended family. We did notice that with the thermostat set for downstairs comfort, the upstairs was warm! The downstairs master suite was very humid! Clothing hung in the closet was damp….. mild was beginning to form on the bedside lampshades. The grandkids loved the walking distance pool and the upstairs TV area! We were able to find a small marina close by to launch our little crabbing boat and enjoyed numerous crab feasts in the house! Would recommend the place to others, hoping the concerns could be tweaked!

Good Vacation

Home was located in a good location near the beach. Good space with 5 bedrooms available. Pool and clubhouse was new as well. Very strict rules at the pool which was nice but difficult at times with small children.

Perfect home/Perfect vacation

We had a great vacation at this beautiful home! The home is in pristine condition and beds being already made when we arrived was amazing! Communication with the owner was wonderful before our trip and while we were there. We had a quick 5 minute drive to the beach each day, with easy access to parking off of Maplewood street. The beach was perfect and not crowded. And the pool being opened from 9am-9pm was perfect so that we could spend time at both the beach and pool. We are so happy we chose this home for our vacation this year!

Dewey Beach Vacation

Perfect house for our family of 12. Spacious, clean and fully equipped. We could walk to the pool and bike the neighborhood safely. Plenty of room for large family meals.

Malibu Waves

This house is beautiful, clean, fully equipped with everything you need to stay at the beach or even a quiet getaway. It is very spacious with the bathrooms and two living rooms. Patio and grill were great for cooking out. No complaints.
