Serge and Marie invite you to enjoy our beautiful Normandy region, in a peaceful and bucolic atmosphere by staying in a fully restored traditional family house, surrounded by a large garden, with every comfort, classified ***, 10 minutes from the sea. BBQ, garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen (LV, robot, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, etc.), fireplace, lounge, TV, WI-FI, shower room (hair dryer) washing machine and upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1X160), (1X140), (2X90), beds made on arrival, BB equipment (bed + booster seat + bath). Shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. 3 pets max allowed including 2 pets accepted free of charge. (12 €/day/additional pet) Cleaning deposit 100 € will be requested on arrival. An elf is available inside the gîte in which you will find useful addresses, sites to visit, tide times, instructions and internal regulations.
Good to know: ALL CHARGES ARE INCLUDED EXCEPT TOURIST TAX.* Arrival time is from 4 p.m. Late arrival (after 9 p.m.) must be subject to prior agreement and a supplement of €30 will be charged if accepted.

Ideal place to stay

Lovely place to stay. Secure large gardens which was ideal for our 2 German Shepherds. Very convenient for local attractions. Serge was wonderful in suggesting places to visit. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect venue for a quiet holiday

We had great 2 weeks in the beautiful "gite" and we missed nothing. Our dog was very happy in the spacious garden. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay extra pleasant! A warm "thank you" to Famille Beauvais !

Lovely house in great position to explore Normandy

Booked at last minute for a short break with a friend. House had everything we needed for our stay. Owner lives in part of house next door but he keeps himself to himself and left us to it so it isn't an issue. Great location to discover places in the area. Only downside is nothing in walking distance for the evenings so you have to rely on a car but otherwise great.

Well worth booking for your family holiday

What a lovely property to have a family holiday. The grounds are spacious and totally enclosed with good parking. The house itself is cosy, with all you will need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were really welcoming and available if you needed them. We really enjoyed our occasional evening drinks with them and our young grandson Alfred, whilst riding around the gardens, loved saying Bonjour to Serge every morning, or looking at his tractor. Information for trips to nearby coastal villages or to Dieppe was available and the short, 5 minute, journey into Bacqueville for shopping, drinks, or pizza was an easy journey. Thank you for a great holiday home from home. 😁

From the outside the property is impressive. What isn’t clear is that you don’t have the whole property. The lounge is too small for 4 adults and the sofa will only seat 3 and there is no other comfortable seating. To access one of the bedrooms you have to go through another bedroom, not ideal when it’s all adults. The garden is great especially for dogs as it is fully fenced.

On the site, you have all the photos of the house and the rooms. In fact you do not have the workbench and the laundry room. As for the sofa, it is a corner sofa which easily accommodates 4 to 5 people. Obviously if the dogs climb on it, as was the case, the space is reduced. You are the first tenant who finds the living room too small. As for the master bedroom, all our customers, parents of young children, are satisfied because it is reassuring for children under 10 years old. We are aware that we cannot satisfy everyone, but we do our best to receive and review our customers. We take all positive and negative criticism during verbal exchanges in order to improve small things to satisfy our guests. Best wishes.

Cette charmante maison de famille est idéale pour des vacances reposantes, loin du bruit des villes. Un magnifique jardin qui fait le bonheur des locataires et un paradis pour votre ou vos chiens. Propriété parfaitement clôturée, avec une clôture digne de ce nom, vous enlève tout souci quant à la sécurité de vos compagnons à 4 pattes. Literie de bonne qualité, la description de la maison correspond tout à fait à la réalité. Situation idéale pour parcourir les différents petits villages normands. Une voiture est nécessaire et ce bien n'est pas adéquat pour des personnes à mobilité réduite mais est un vrai paradis pour tout ceux qui souhaitent bénéficier de moments de tranquilité, d'écouter les chants des oiseaux et de profiter de la nature. L'accueil est au top, la communication impéccable et sans aucun doute ne réserverons à nouveau cette location si nous revenons dans cette zone.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in idyllischer Lage

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem sehr alten, aber absolut bemerkenswerten Landhaus mit großem komplett eingezäuntem Grundstück. Die Besitzer sind mit vor Ort. Sie halten sich im Hintergrund, stehen aber bei Fragen oder Anliegen jederzeit sehr freundlich zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und war sauber. Wer Ruhe und Auszeit vom Alltag benötigt, ist hier genau richtig. Ringsherum gibt es nur Wiesen und Felder. Man erreicht jedoch kleine Läden, sowie Supermarkt und Tankstelle nach ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wer mit Haustieren anreist, erreicht eine hervorragende Tierklinik ebenfalls in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist 20 Minuten entfernt.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir hatten neun wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren zudem sehr, sehr nett!! Der Garten ist riesig und komplett umzäunt,ein Paradies für unsere Hunde, die vollkommen entspannt draußen alles entdecken konnten. Die meisten Ausflugsziele liegen va 30 Minuten entfernt, Paris kann ma von Rouen aus in 1,5 Std mit der Bahn erreichen. Das war ein sehr, sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub!!schöner und entspannt Urlaub

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Normandie

Wir wurden sehr nett wmofangen, fanden ein sehr sauberes Haus in einer wunderbaren Umgebung vor. Der Kintakt mit den Vermietern war durchwegs angenehm und hilfreich, eigentlich waren sie, trotzdem sie im Hinterhaus wohnen, kaum bemerkbar, nur wenn wir uns selber bemerkbar machten. Haus ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bametten sind etwas weich, aber das Probleme liegt wohl etwas mehr an uns als am Bett. Das Meer ist unweit ebtfernt, 15 Min mit dem Auto (der Strand in St Auban ist empfehlenswerter als der un Quiberville) und auf dem Weg dorthin kann man immer in Luneray beim Auchan oder Lidl einkaufen. Alles in allem durften wir 10 erholsame Tage in Les Mesnils verbringen. eingerichteten äääbenerjbar machtenbemerkbar

wir hatten Glück. das Wetter war besser als im Rest von Mitteleuropa. Das Grundstück riessig und ein Traum für den Hund. Es gab super Wege und Alleen zu erkunden.

Le calme et le charme de la campagne

Jolie maison très agréable, confortable et impeccablement entretenue, entourée d'un beau et grand jardin clos, parfait pour laisser notre chien en totale liberté. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, très attentif au bien-être de ses locataires. Une excellente adresse à recommander !

Auf dem Land

Wir hatten im Glück, noch sonnige Tage zu haben und damit an das ca. 25 min. entfernte Meer fahren zu können. Ansonsten ist die direkte Umgebung eher reizarm für Jugendliche und viele Attraktionen der Normandie sind eher weiter entfernt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht so toll. Es fehlt z.B. so etwas einfaches wie ein Salatbesteck. Das Grundstück ist riesig.
