Modern Mexican villa, completely remodeled as of fall 2021. The reviews are from prior to the remodel. Everything in the house is brand new and ready to for you enjoy.

Spectacular views from every room in the stylish, spacious villa located in the prestigious gated community of the Pedregal. This beautiful home highlights beach living at its best in combination with modern Mexican decor. Enjoy indoor outdoor living as you hang out by the pool or enjoy the views from any one of our spacious decks and balconies.

The house has 4 bedrooms. Three master suites, each with its own private full size bathroom and walk-in closet. Their is also a 5th bedroom that is detached from the house with its own bathroom.

Everything is brand new and as seen in the pictures. Spectacular ocean views from every room. Located in the Pedregal a prestigious, gated community walking distance to town and marina with its own private beach.
