Welcome to Waterway Getaway - Your home away from home!
Waterway Getaway is a 3 BR/2 BA 2,400 sq. ft. home located on the ICW. Centrally located 10 min. from the MB Int'l. Airport and just a few miles from everything MB & the Grand Strand has to offer. Fully accessorized main kitchen has all the conveniences of home. There is also a convenient kitchenette overlooking the waterway. Huge master bedroom, nicely appointed 2nd bedroom and smaller bunk bedroom to accommodate children. Main 2 bedrooms have private access to their own porch overlooking the large back yard and waterway. Boat ramp & floating dock access in your own back yard with lounge chairs for enjoying the sun, the views and activity on the river. 4 single kayaks available for guest use.

Mark is a former Marine and I am a former flight attendant. We have owned & operated our own business since 1996. We reside next to Waterway Getaway and are available if you need us. Your privacy is of utmost importance however we do share some common areas. We have 2 small dogs that stay on our property & are not left out unattended.
Why they chose this property
Waterway Getaway is a wonderfully appointed property in a great neighborhood. You have easy access to all major highways and attractions. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Feel free to relax on the dock, swim in the river, enjoy the sandy beach, go fishing or take the kayaks out for exploration of the area. There is no development on the other side of the river so you have lots of privacy out back. With advance notice, we may be able to accommodate your boat or jet ski(s) with access from the backyard to the waterway.
What makes this property unique
You will find all of the comforts of home including 4 smart TV's with cable, 2 Keurig coffee makers, abundance of cooking and dining utensils for home entertaining, board games, books, etc. A full size dart board is located in the back living room/kitchenette area; no quarters required. A full size washer & dryer is available for your convenience. The main bath includes a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bathtub; the 2nd bath has a walk-in shower. The large master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet & private porch access with seating. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & private porch access with seating . The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds and is suited for children or small people; not recommended for adults or older kids.
