Enjoy the solitude and peace at the end of the road. Newly redecorated home has 4 bedrooms plus 2 lofts. Plenty of space for children and adult activities on 4 fenced acres or take a walk through the woods to the fishing pond. Clean your catch in the air conditioned fish hut. Basketball hoop, badminton, bicycles, skateboards provided. Extensive DVD collection. Welcome the sunrise on the deck with your coffee as you listen to the birds feasting in the bird sanctuary. You may even get a peek at a busy working honeybee hive. Fire pit, hot tub and gas grill on large deck, pool, separate rec room/business center including pool table. We are one mile from the Theodosia "Bass Record Capital of Missouri" boat dock on Bull Shoals Lake. One hour from Branson - "Live Entertainment Capital of the World". Limited wireless internet included. Close to store for essentials. RV parking pad available. We do have honeybee hives on the property but unless you intentionally go there, you won't see them.

Peace and quiet

Great getaway if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay! Owners were awesome to deal with and the house was fabulous as well. Everyone enjoyed the stay even the kids. Highly recommend this location and look forward to booking it again in the future!

Perfect place to stay!!!

This place was perfect for our family get away! We had 12 of us ranging form 6 to 66 and we all had a blast. There was so much to do on the property and the owners were such nice people! They literally thought of everything and had everything just perfect! The property was peaceful and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place!

Cozy retreat

The property and the home were more than suitable for our needs. Their is activities for both adults and kids and plenty of room for everyone. Place is tucked away from direct view of the road and was a perfect place to relax after being out all day off road with friends and family. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic vacation! Becky and Duane were the ultimate hosts- very warm and over-the-top accommodating, treated us like family. We had a large group and the property was perfect for us- the deck and firepit were used nightly. Great location for motorcycle enthusiasts, beautiful roads n scenery, plenty to do. Wonderful property and wonderful hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location is nicely situated for day trips to Branson, the lake, the river and many other spots. The cabin is spacious and well laid out with everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the pool, the dirt kitchen, the fire pit, the separate game room, the peaceful location and especially the wonderful hosts. Becky and Duane went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable and answered all our questions about the area. They were quick to return our texts and really great with our kids. We definitely plan to return again soon.

Amazing Family Getaway!

We couldn't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Ozark Livin'! The pictures online can't begin to capture the wonder and beauty of this place. It is a haven in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the porch areas, the bikes, the swings, the mud tables, simply put, absolutely everything! Becky and Duane were amazing hosts and incredibly accommodating with any questions we had during our stay. This is a great place for families to be with each other and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We did take 2 trips into Branson while we were there, which was only 1 hour away.

Hidden Gem

This was such an awesome vacation. We had no problem keeping the kids entertained. There is so much to do. We visited the cosmic caverns and the bull shoals cavern. We rented a boat and went tubing at the lake that is right down the road. The house was so clean and had everything you could possibly think of needing and some. Thank you for the great memories.

Nice property

Becky and Duane were very hospitable. The property was wonderful for small kids, they were able to play outside and liked the mud kitchen. The pool was clean and the lake was very close for renting a boat from the marina for a day. Bicycles, chalk and bubbles available. Paper products, laundry detergent and soaps were all provided. We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

6-27-22: Duane and Becky were GREAT! They are very accommodating They go above and beyond to be sure you have what you need! The house, pool, hot tub, and rec room were thoroughly enjoyed! Easy access to the lake and boat slips. Outdoor games, BBQ pit, firepit, and bicycles all added to our recreation. We had so much fun and sincerely appreciate everything that Duane & Becky did to ensure a wonderful vacation.

Perfect large family vacation

We had 18 people stay here (age ranging from 2 years old to 55 years old) Everyone was thought of and there was something for everyone to do. The design of the house we stayed in was well thought-out and accommodated us beautifully. The owners were very accommodating and on top of all our needs. Perfect place to stay. The location to the boat ramp for the lake could have not been any easier to access and the lake itself is fantastic. All the kids caught fish right near the boat ramp from shore everyday. There big grassy field on the property we stayed at made for an excellent family kickball game we won't soon forget. We will definitely be back.

Family time with the greats!

Amazing property with wonderful hosts! Kitchen had any pan we needed to bake and cook with. The beds were so comfortable and towels for the pool/jacuzzi and even more for the bathrooms.They had so many things for the kids to do we never heard 'I'm bored'! They loved the bicycles, play kitchen and pool. They did check out the game room and loved the fact there was a pool table, computer and movies galore but spent so much time outside that the only movie they watched was the one that was projected on the outside screen on our last night. They all voted on coming back to this amazing place.

All the comforts of home and then some

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation spot. Becky and Duane have thought of everything! From spices, pots and pans, cooking utensils and everything you need to cook a meal to fire starters and a fire pit to cases of movies for a rainy day, not to mention a private pool and hot tub, we didn’t want for anything! We had a group of 8 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room and extra beds that weren’t even used. They live on the property but give the perfect amount of space and privacy while communication was still excellent! They are very nice people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to several more family vacations at Ozark Livin.

Perfect Place for a Family Getaway

I cannot say enough about this place it was wonderful. The hosts have thought of everything. Becky was extremely accommodating and even shared some fresh eggs with us from their hens. There is so much to do at this property, we had a group of 6 adults and 5 kids (aged 4-8). The kids enjoyed taking nature walks down to the pond, riding bicycles, playing basketball, the outdoor mud kitchen, chasing each other around the expansive and well manicured yard. There are board games galore, a fire pit, outdoor movie theatre with extensive movie library, books, hot tub and spa. The back deck is a perfect place for the adults to relax and keep an eye on the kids. I would love to return when the weather is warmer to enjoy a day at the lake and come back to this property to have a BBQ and watch a movie by the firepit. There truly is no shortage of activities here. If you are looking for a family friendly place to take a large group then look no further.

Sooo MUCH FUN!

I can not say enough!… they allowed us an early check in when we found ourselves rained out from our boat rental. We had traveled 7 hours with small children and everyone was ready to leave the vehicle. They also loaded up their own truck.. to take our 20 something’s kayaking. Kayaks and life vests provided by the hosts! Unbelievable hospitality! The area is full of friendly people and although there’s no large shopping center, you will be able to find anything you would need in the area. The Dollar General is literally down the lane from the cabin. Has groceries, liquor and more. We went to make memories and we succeeded. Caught fish in the pond on the premises. Played pool and board games in the “game room” Roasted wieners at the fire pit. Played basketball, flashlight tag, rode bikes, swam in the pool, played at the mud kitchen, watched movies and played guitar hero on the PS3. Again..I just can’t say enough! Thanks for the memories..lol💕

A little taste of heaven

Our group is so thankful we were able to stay in this beautiful home. The home is clean, functional and totally stocked. From bug spray and sunscreen, to roughly 15 or 20 beach towels, to games and dvds galore, enough toilet paper for our entire group of 17 for 7 days, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, coffee and filters, a water dispenser with 3 jugs of water, bikes, trikes, razor scooters, basketball hoop, bean bag boards and more! The kids loved making snow cones in the snow cone maker and popcorn in the popcorn machine. The pool, where we spent most of our days, was always clean due to Duane’s daily attention. There is a water volleyball net and a few swimming toys. There is plenty of room and seating to gather on the back deck, the front patio or next to the pool. The gas grill is spotless and completely functional. Becky and Duane were gracious, friendly hosts. They have literally thought of everything. They even offered to haul their kayaks to nearby Lake Bull Shoals for an afternoon at the beach where the water is clear and the views are breathtaking. We rented pontoon boats from Theodosia Marina-Resort, Inc. (located just a few miles from the VRBO) and spent an entire day tubing, swimming and boating on the lake. I would not hesitate to return or recommend Ozark Livin’ VRBO to anyone. Thank you, Duane and Becky, for providing an amazing location to hold our family vacation.

Family fun at the lake!

Wow! What a great place to stay during or visit to Lake Bull Shoals. A short one mile drive to the lake and plenty to do at the house. The owners are very nice people! Our kids had a blast! They loved the bicycles, pool, hot tub and had the game room for their getaway place. I would highly recommend staying here with a large group, especially with kids.

Everything was fantastic.

Great experience. Have family in the area and would book again for us to stay. We had a group of 13 with all ages. Plenty to do for kids. House was stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, fishing in pond and fire pit.

We are a retired military family. After living overseas for many years, we decided to move back home to the Ozarks. We grew up in Northwest Arkansas. Most recently we lived full time in our 5th wheel camper. We enjoy doing projects to enhance the property for our guests.
