This sweet one bedroom condo is perfect for your island getaway. Comfortably furnished and well equipped, just bring your suitcase. Newly installed Spilt A/C unit in main living area and bedroom. Short walk to your parking space and pool area. Ocean shoreline and pool view from the lanai. Queen sofa bed in Living Room.
Lush gardens, solar heated pool, BBQ and picnic area, oceanfront seating, ocean access for the expert swimmer and of course those famous Kona Sunsets. This is a non-smoking complex. Free WiFi and digital cable.

Ocean views and beautiful grounds.

A true home away from home! We thoroughly loved our stay here. Sitting out on the lanai watching whales go by was amazing. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The AC in the bedroom was an added bonus but the unit itself stayed cool with just the windows and lanai door open. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also an added bonus. Location of the parking spot was great as well.We look forward to staying here again soon!

Great Location, Condo Has All Imaginable Amenities

Clean & comfortable condo with a nice view & close to everything. Condo is well equipped & clean. Only thing that was a bit of a pain on a few of the days of my stay is that there is only a/c in the bedroom & on the hotter than usual days it was a bit uncomfortable.

This is a nice Condo with good amenities in a central location. A little stark and the concrete building gets hot. But overall a comfortable place to call home during your stay on the Big Island.

The property was very nice. It was an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The only down side was the mattress was very uncomfortable. It was bad enough to affect our sleep.

Your CommentsThis complex is definitely not child friendly, the pool does not allow any kind of toy (sinking toys, floating target toys, water soakers, etc-NO TOYS!) Rules also call out no pool games like Marco Polo or anything with a voice louder than a whisper. Older generations were constantly commenting on how they hated how kids were allowed in and it was absolutely absurd. Our 2 kids age 7 & 10 were simply swimming back and forth in pool trying to learn how to float and swim underwater, and still being told they were a nuisance and too loud. There is no beach within walking distance where children can swim, the condo did not have any beach chairs, beach mat, beach umbrella or literally anything to keep someone, even adults prepared to go to a beach. People are not allowed to talk on your cell phone on the patio (lanai) or a paper with a warning is posted on your front door. It was an horrible stay where we were constantly concerned we were going to get kicked out of the kids were even the slightest bit louder than a whisper. It caused a lot of anxiety and stress instead of allowing our family to enjoy our vacation. If you are above 60years old and want a quiet complex then this is it, if you have any children then PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONDO COMPLEX! The condo itself was gorgeous and had plenty of space for a family of 4, but the overall experience was bad! I wish we could get our money back as we saved for a whole year to not be able to enjoy our vacation

A great stay in a great location

We have visited Hawaii many times and love staying on Alii. The unit is clean and bright, well stocked, with a great lanai facing the ocean. We will definitely be back!
