Welcome to Nashville! I would be happy to host you. Whether you`re a music enthusiast exploring the renowned music scene or a sports fan catching a game, this house promises a delightful and centrally located retreat for an unforgettable stay in Nashville. PERMIT #2025-03-15-628

Accommodation Details:
~ The townhouse features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is a half bathroom located on the 1st floor.
~ Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, and there`s an additional queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests will access to the entire home. I do my best to provide you with all the essentials for your stay. If there is a special request for your trip, please reach out ahead of time so that I might be of better assistance for your stay!

Guests will have full Access to the entire townhome. 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with queen size pull out sofa or queen sized blow up mattress. Parking is available on site. A keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

Nestled in the heart of Berry Hill, this charming house offers a prime location that perfectly balances the vibrant energy of Nashville with the tranquility of a residential neighborhood. Just 4 miles away from the iconic Broadway strip and a mere 2 miles from the trendy 12 Avenue South, residents and visitors alike can easily immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere and diverse attractions that Nashville has to offer. The property`s strategic placement ensures a seamless Nashville experience, providing the best of both worlds. Moreover, the convenience extends beyond entertainment, as the house is within walking distance to Geodis Park, Nashville`s premier soccer stadium.

~Many guests do not rent a car, this is perfectly fine at The Wells. Depending on time of day and the direction you`re headed, Lyft/Uber is affordable from this location. Typically it is $10-15 to get downtown.

Grand Arrival

The townhouse was perfect for our visit to Nashville to await the arrival of our first grandchild. Kitchen was stoked to allow meal preparation for the new parents. Convenient location for shopping, dining and recreation - for us a Nashville Sounds baseball game. Would recommend this property.

Berry Hill

Very clean, easy check in and the host even extended the check out that we needed by a couple of hours. My only recommendation would be if the pullout sofa is a bed option to be sure to pull it out and clean under the couch and couch cushions. There were crumbs and water bottles left behind from prior guests. Overall good experience.

Great Stay

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this townhome. We stayed for my oldest daughter's Nationals softball tournament located in Hendersonville which wasn't too far of a drive. The back patio was perfect to sit out and relax on in the evenings. The inside was super cozy and clean! The location is perfect to get to downtown, gas stations, or even just Wal-Mart or your typical fast food restaurants like McDonald's. Kristin was great with emailing ahead of time. There is even a little check-in and check-out pamphlet on the counter incase of any questions if you can't immediately refer to your email. If/when we come back to Nashville I will be looking into one of her townhouses again!

Perfect for our group of 4 (2 couples). Very clean, lots of outlets and we appreciated all the hangers in the closets! More hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. Overall a great stay. Just a short drive/uber to many locations. Also less than a mile walk to grab some coffee in the morning.

Modern and Spotless Townhome

This property was very clean, well appointed and in a quiet area.it is easily accessible to the Interstate and close to the new soccer field. The beds were comfortable and excellent room for a family. It would have been nice to have a TV and chair in the bedrooms and a safety bar in the master bath. A more comprehensive list of groceries and restaurants would have been very helpful too.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, clean, convenient location. Did not like the lack of basic things like hand soap (appeared to be filled with water) and the beds were kind of uncomfortable, four towels when we were 4 adults staying there. Just a few upgrades of these items and it would have been perfect!

Decent stay

It was a nice place. The second bedroom needs curtains because the sun boasts through the blinds at 5:30am and it’s hard to sleep with so much light. The pans had burnt food left on it. We cleaned them off and realized the pans were scratched so bad we weren’t comfortable using them so we bought new pans from the store, a little disappointing the house doesn’t come with decent pans to cook.
