Beautifully refinished 1914 farmhouse in Meridian-Kessler neighborhood.

3 minute walk to Indiana State Fairgrounds and the popular Monon trail. 10 minute drive to Downtown Indianapolis or Broad Ripple Village.

This ideally located house has a large private fenced backyard, which is perfect for pets or having an afternoon barbecue. Driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars easily. While the exterior is outstanding, you will be blown away by the newly renovated interior from top to bottom.

This property is hosted by a husband and wife duo. We are is in the business of creating hospitable experiences through historic neighborhoods and homes in Indianapolis. We provide fully furnished homes for temporary, short-term stays. Every home is pet friendly and conveniently located.
