PRIVATE POOL - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING SUMMER MONTHS - THREE NIGHT MINIMUM YEAR ROUND

Hawk's Nest Bay is nestled in North Litchfield Beach and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Featuring 5-bedrooms and 4-bathrooms, this home is great for a family gathering or beach vacation. Bedding accommodations downstairs include a King bedroom with a private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with one featuring a Queen and Single bed and the other featuring a Queen bed (these share a bathroom). The second floor features a Queen and Single bedroom and a bedroom with a Double bed. Both of these bedrooms have a private bathroom. Cable TV is available in the living room, master bedroom and loft.

Great family vacation!

We rented this property for a week for a family vacation - there was plenty of space for everyone, the house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, pool was a great addition for afternoons after the beach, and the location was only a 5 min walk to a great beach. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s really great to see the owners continuing to make big and little improvements in the house. The one recommendation I might make would be to replace the utensils in the kitchen: silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, grill utensils, etc. And one other thing would be a lightweight blower to be used around the pool area. We love sitting by the pool with all the trees, but we are sweeping all the debris away from the pool frequently. We love the location of the house, and look forward to returning every year! It’s like coming home! We also love working with Tidelife! Their response to any issue is amazing and fast! They are also extremely accommodating! !

Reviewer Comments: This is the 5th year we’ve stayed at Hawksnest Bay, and the one thing I really appreciate about it is the owner is attempting to keep the property up. So many times for the owners, it is just an investment, but I have seen some big, some little improvements each year we’ve been coming. And it makes it so much easier to want to return the next year. We love spending time on the porch and around the pool! Our grandkids call it “our pool”, and being able to stay in the same house for two weeks truly is like being “on vacation” for two weeks! No move in between. One suggestion I might make is the pillows in the master are like pancakes! And one more thing, a couple of the refrigerator door shelves were broken or missing. It would be nice to have the extra storage in the refrigerator. And, by the way, Tidelife is a wonderful company to work with. They are very prompt in returning calls and attending to maintenance issues. We have truly enjoyed our time in this home, and look forward to returning next year, and seeing what additional improvements will be made!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home and it was perfect for our family with 4 teenagers. The home is situated 2 blocks from the beach with multiple public access points to the ocean. The home has several places to congregate as a family, as well as, find quiet time separate from others. The backyard pool and patio area are well equipped for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. We enjoyed spending time inside the screened-in porch with the swing and rocking chairs as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes for cooking for a larger crowd. We would definitely recommend this home to rent for a larger family or several families vacationing together. Locally we found Hanser House and Quigley's Pint & Ale restuarants to offer excellent local food with curbside (or dine-in) options. It was quiet, but well situated to get to local attractions in Myrtle Beach. If you want to take a day trip to Charleston, it will take 1 hr 45 minutes each way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we’ve ever rented from Tidelife, and we’ve been coming here for 32 years! I have to tell you that it was a very rewarding experience. Your promptness in addressing some minor maintenance needs was very much appreciated! Clint was very professional and took care of everything! Even down to getting us a portable propane tank for the grill when there was a leak in the original hose! And when the owner came out on Sunday morning to clean out the pool after a big storm, we were blown away! What a nice man, and we told him he had certainly chosen a respectable, responsible rental company to represent him. There are only a couple of things I would recommend: linens that fit the beds and pillows. The sheets were soft enough but they pulled off of the mattresses and the pillow cases were too short, too. New pillows for the king size bed on the first floor - they were flat as pancakes! And I know there are lights hanging around the rooms, but a few lamps would be a nice touch, and make it feel warmer! I know the owners haven’t owned the house for very long, and he told my husband they are planning on doing updates every year, (the bathroom in the downstairs hallway is wonderful, and the pool area is beautiful!), so we are really looking forward to seeing the newest updates next year! Thanks for a delightful two weeks! Can’t wait until next year!

Great location and really nice house. Would love to stay there again.

The house was clean and neat! The house was everything we expected. The only thing we did not get to enjoy was the pool, it was still closed.
