About this property

New villa terrace and garden with trees

We offer you a private villa of 58 m2, new (end of works January 2020), located 3 minutes by car from the first shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, tobacco ...) and the beach of Calvi.

This rental consists of a bedroom with dressing room, a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, extractor hood) open to a spacious living room with dining area, and convertible sofa for two, '' a walk-in shower room with large sliding cupboards, separate wc with hand basin.
Outside, an additional room: utility room with washing machine and storage. The rental is fully equipped and air conditioned (bedroom and living room).

Sheets are provided. Free WIFI access.
Towels are provided on request at an additional cost (10 Euros per person for the duration of the stay).

Very bright, very bright villa, bay windows with electric shutters on kitchen, bedroom and living room, well located in a quiet area, pleasant wooded setting, private garden, sunny terrace with deckchairs and dining area, independent entrance, shaded private parking.

A welcome basket of local products will be offered to you upon arrival.

Wonderful House, completely new and in very good conditions. Friendly and charming landlord. Quiet place for relax an big garden and space. The furnishing does not miss anything. 20 minutes walk to the centre, port, harbour.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die eine gute Lage hat. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und der Garten ist auch sehr schön. Etwas schade ist, dass das Grundstück nicht vollständig eingezäunt ist und man muss bedenken, dass sich die Unterkunft auf dem Grundstück des Gastgebers befindet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr penibel und achtet beim Check out sehr genau auf die Richtigkeit der gesamten Einrichtung. Sogar der Fernseher Modus wird kontrolliert. Man hat etwas das Gefühl bekommen, dass der Vermieter seinen Gästen nicht vertraut.Dennoch hatten wir einen super schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Madame, Monsieur, Suite à votre commentaire, sachez que nous nous sommes absolument pas méfiants envers nos clients. Cependant lors de votre départ, nous avons constaté que la villa était dans un état de crasse et de saleté sans précédent. Un tel manque de respect des lieux est inadmissible. Le temps d’intervention de la femme de ménage a dû être doublé, à nos frais, pour remettre les lieux en état. Par ailleurs, vous n’avez pas respecté les consignes de tri sélectif qui nous sont imposées par la commune, malgré toutes les explications à votre disposition dans la villa et les précisions que je vous avais fournies lors de votre arrivée. Nous sommes en effet méticuleux, car nous avons à cœur de fournir à nos clients, un logement impeccable et des équipements en parfait état de fonctionnement. L’état des lieux lors de votre départ s’est déroulé normalement dans les mêmes conditions qu’avec nos autres clients et vous êtes manifestement les seuls faire un commentaire négatif sur ce point. Inutile de vous préciser que vous ne serez pas les bienvenus à l’avenir, vous ne correspondez absolument pas au type de clientèle que nous recevons.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette superbe villa au calme. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée et le propriétaire est très sympa et prévenant. Il y a un parking devant la maison dans le terrain clôturé. Recommendable sans restrictions - nous avons passés des vacances magnifiques et inoubliables.
