OUR PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA (BETWEEN FORT LAUDERDALE AND WEST PALM BEACH) – 25-35 min driving distance from Ft Lauderdale or WP beach airport off I95. minutes from golf courses in the area, shopping, downtown, beach, etc.
3 BEDROOM – BUNGALOW, WITH POOL – IN A GATED COMMUNITY.
NEW clubhouse (2022) includes pickleball/tennis/bocce/basketball/3 pools/children's covered playground and private pool, hot tub, beautiful restaurant, gym, games rooms, etc.
NOTE: will only consider a minimum 3mth rental during winter season (Jan-Mar)
Very safe, clean home - Includes free access to top notch tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, fitness centre, large heated pools, hot tub, and NEW Polo trace club house 2020. Located within minutes of public golf courses. Note: Owners prefer minimum three month rental commitment during winter season (Jan-Mar).

All amenities, high speed internet & cable, restaurants, movie theatre, shopping malls & nature reserves very close by, Delray beach & downtown 15min! Fully furnished. Bonus: entertainment includes billiards table, darts, games, etc. Multiple car parking in driveway and one parking space in garage.
Pool deck has remote awning, night lighting, BBQ and maintained pool. Lanai has been added over the pool deck for added security and pest protection. Back yard is private and quiet.
Master BR includes king bed, walk in closets, walk out to pool deck, private washroom, cable TV,
Second BR has Queen bed, TV access to washroom shared with 3rd bedroom.
Third bedroom has queen bed, TV and access to shared washroom.
