Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr hellhörig, da die Wand nicht bis oben geschlossen. Geräusche vom angrenzenden Wohnzimmer sind deutlich zu hören.

La propriété est somme toute convenable malgré sa location dans un quartier plutôt ordinaire. Il pourrait y avoir plus d'aménitées (tel qu'un parapluie, des couvertures chaudes) pour rendre le séjour plus agréable.L'endroit à également besoin d'être rafraichie.
