It's a hotel

I booked through VRBO believing this to be a condo. It is not. It is a hotel. Therefore, through VRBO I paid the daily rate plus their cleaning fees, etc. I got ripped off. I've never had a hotel charge me for cleaning. Likely could have gotten a better rate for a hotel through other searches or direct with the hotel.

Amherst NY Staybridge Suites

Service was at highest standards, bar coffee cafe, Mighty Taco & Chinese Restaurant among others share parking lot So food & drink very close walking distance. Much more close drive. Included breakfast was very good.

Our stay here was wonderful. The people at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. There is a social hour on certain nights of the week where there is a buffet style dinner. The lady working the night we went was amazing. She was engaging everyone in conversation and really made us feel welcome. My only complaint was the pool. It was not very clean. All in all, not a big deal, since we really didn't have much time to swim anyway. I would definitely stay here again.
