About this property

Tiny cottage in a fantastic place

Our farm is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region near Greve, in an untouched natural setting, looking out over Montefioralle, a splendid medieval village. It is on the top of a hill (1400 feet above sea level) with a magnificent 360 ° view. Even in the summer a fresh breeze keeps it cool.
The Eremo is a small cottage set apart from the rest of the buildings on the top of the hill. It overlooks the swimming-pool below and has a spectacular view of the valley and the surrounding hills.
It has one room which includes a small living area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a double bed, and a bathroom.
A discretely-placed solar panel supplies the Eremo with electricity and hot water.
