Creek Front Beach House in gated Litchfield by the Sea
Charlestowne Grant 22 is located in the resort community of Litchfield by the Sea. This spectacular home has magnificent marsh views and is conveniently located across from the pool and beach access area. The house is comprised of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, gourmet kitchen with open dining area, and great room which opens onto the balcony overlooking the marsh. The house will comfortably sleep 10.
Please Note: (7) night minimum & Sunday to Sunday Rotation
Main level has 1 Queen Bedroom with private bath, top floor has 4 bedrooms: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with private baths, 1 Queen bedroom with shared bath and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and a shared bath. House also has an outside enclosed shower.
An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, wireless internet access, and Starbucks™.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire house. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation.
