About this property

Welcome to La Villa Little Key,

Charming and bright villa of 300 M2 on a plot of 1000 M2 ideal for a family with children or couples of friends.

At 800 meters from the beautiful Cul de Sac Bay where you can take a boat to spend the day at the famous Pinel Island, eat lobsters and drink a pina-colada at the Karibuni restaurant.
The villa consists of a very large living room with lounge, guest toilet, kitchen, living room overlooking a large terrace (deck chairs, outdoor lounge).

On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom and a beautiful view of Orient Bay beach, the second bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom and the third bedroom has a double bed & a single bed, a private bathroom and a beautiful view of Cul de Sac Bay.

On the ground floor you will find the other master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom.

You can also discover the village of Grand-Case (3 minutes by car) with its old creole restaurants and its gastronomic restaurants.
At 4 minutes by car the beach of Orient Bay with its beach bar and restaurants.

A heavenly place, a haven of peace for an unforgettable vacation.

All the villa is air-conditioned, we provide sheets and towels as well as pareos for beach and swimming pool.

Located in a secure subdivision, two private parking spaces are at your disposal.

Stay was lovely. House location is excellent, but I wish there was a walkable route to Orient Beach. It's less than a mile walk as the crow flies, but there is no easy way to walk there - have to taxi. Sarah R was an excellent communicator and helped us troubleshoot a water pressure issue that persisted across the island and was well beyond her control. Would absolutely stay here again!
