With a large swimming pool, plenty of space to entertain families and friends inside or outside, sea views from the bedrooms, and located minutes away from the beautiful lagoon of Cul de Sac and Pinel Island, experience the ultimate Caribbean escape.

Step into the villa and be captivated by the space; a large living room and lounge with TV (Netflix) opening onto the outside deck and swimming pool. This space is also air-conditioned so it never feels too hot, even during summer. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space to prepare gourmet meals. The dining area boasts a large table creating a perfect spot to enjoy meals together. There is also a designated spot in the lounge if you need to do some work.

The first bedroom, with a private bathroom and outside lounge area, is located on ground floor.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms all have their own spacious and modern bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private terrace with lovely views of the sea and Orient Beach. The other two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and a single bed, the other with a queen bed) have views of the lagoon from the windows and glass doors.

Step outside and be greeted by the stunning outdoor tropical oasis that awaits you. The large swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the water with a tropical drink in your hand. One part of the swimming pool has a shallow depth, which makes it perfect for children. The spacious deck provides plenty of room for sunbathing or enjoying a barbecue with friends and family. The tropical garden and mountain backdrop will make you feel like you're in your own private paradise.

From the villa, you can walk to hotel le M for breakfast or drive to Lulu's Corner (2 minutes) for brunch (highly recommended).

The villa's location is ideal for exploring the island. Minutes from the bay of Cul de Sac, you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, or snorkeling. You can take the taxi boat to Pinel Island and enjoy a pina colada at Karibuni restaurant (must-do).

The pristine white sandy beaches are also just a short drive away (5 minutes to beautiful Anse Marcel Beach, 5 minutes to Orient Beach and Grand Case).

Grocery shopping is 5 minutes away at Hope Estate. And you can easily access the island's vibrant nightlife, shopping, and dining options, all in a short 10-minute drive.
