About this property

Villa with swimming pool, quiet, between Cévennes and garrigue.

Villa of around 170 m2, the large living room is pleasant in summer (cool even without air conditioning) and winter (fireplace). Mezzanine is our favorite reading corner.
Many books and comics available.
In the garden (2700 m2) the children have something to occupy themselves: hut, sandpit, table tennis, bikes, swings ...
The swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.55m) is secure, and not overlooked (like a large part of the garden).
Our geographical location allows many outings: On foot or by bike from the house (very many paths), or by car (Uzès, Nîmes, the Cévennes within 1 hour, Avignon, Montpellier ...)
