The room for rent is in a house located in a nice residential area of Alicante, in a complex with pool. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of them for the exclusive use of guests.
The room can accommodate 1 or 2 people and the other is the one I use, other rooms of the house would be shared with me that I live alone.
It has a large living room of 40m2, full kitchen with everything you need, air conditioning with heat pump / cold and Internet access.
A 10 minutes walking you have the Almadraba Beach and Albufereta and Playa San Juan and Cabo de las Huertas 7 minutes by tram (TRAM).
A few meters you "Alicante Golf" golf course of 18 holes.
Of course, an ideal environment to spend unforgettable days.
It has good connections with all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, parks and in an environment without crowds but with much life.
You have very good connections through public transport such as bus and tram (TRAM) with stop near home and the can reach the center of Alicante in 15 minutes and different beaches and coastal villages like Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Denia, etc ...

Nice flat with easy access to town centre via bus or tram

Yolanda is a wonderful lady, very kind and generous. Lovely animals and the flat is very nice and clean. She gets my highest recommendations! Thank you Yolanda!

Great accomodation in Alicante (1 or 2 people)

The property is on the 7th floor in one of three blocks all located within private grounds secured by an entry system. There is communal pool and play area, albeit I did not use the pool myself. Underground off-street parking is available for a fee, but you can normally get parked outside on the street with any issues. There is a variety of shops (inc. supermarkets) and restaurants all within a very short walking distance of the accommodation. The entire property is kept very clean and tidy, the guest bedroom is large enough for two people (slide out second bed) and there is a private bathroom for guests which is very useful. Guests have use of all rooms in the house except the host bedroom / bathroom of course. The host has two pets (dog and cat) but they are very cute, were no trouble and caused an amount of amusement during my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Yolanda, and although her English is not perfect, she will assist with any questions or requests you may have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is staying in Alicante on a budget or just wants to avoid hotels.

Yolanda makes the house a home!

Just stayed three days with Yolanda at her lovely home. Gorgeous views and she is more than happy to help you with anything. I can't express enough how lovely and wonderful she is! Great access to the city, tramline is on the doorstep and incredibly easy to hop on and off. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby too plus a great Aldi and tobacco shop just on the corner, and the best kebab of my life at Kebap just two minutes down the road. Great way to start of two weeks travelling, take care!

Very nice appartment with pool

I really liked my stay at the appartment of Yolanda as a single girl. Yolanda is very nice and helpfull and told me about things to do. The room is big enough and the bathroom is clean and nice. The appartment has great view form the room and balcony. The pool is cleaned every day and very nice. I recommend the stay! It is near bus and tram as well.
