About this property

This 2nd Floor balcony suite has all that you need to relax and unwind. There is a great ocean view with a gently swaying palm tree, reminding you that life's breezy and beautiful when you are at the beach. The queen sleeper sofa allows for company to stay over. Kick back and enjoy the view. This unit has a beautiful faux wood tile throughout. The next area of the building juts out just a bit, so this condo has a bit more privacy on one side. There is a 32" flat screen TV in the living room and the kitchen area is fully equipped with beautiful dark granite and a 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom was remodeled with a new tub with grab bar. There is a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, along with TV and ceiling fans. This condo will allow a pet, so this might be the perfect spot for your next beach stay. SMALL DOGS UNDER 25LBS (NO CATS) ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Beacher's Lodge in the past and we enjoy the location and the dog friendly atmosphere. Our room #219 has a nice ocean view and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with most everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our only issue with this unit was a very weak WiFi signal that continually went out and required re-entering the password.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Maintenance issues: screen door needs to be replaced, curtain rod over sliding glass door is pulling, loose from the wall on the left side and is being supported by just one screw, blinds in master bedroom need to be replaced, needs a mat to prevent slip falls while taking a shower, bedside lamps need to be replaced in that there is not sufficient light to read.

Beautiful view and quiet place

Reviewer Comments: Love the area and the view, the room is smaller than the pictures make it look, but fine for 2 people and a small dog anymore and it would be a problem, the bathroom is tiny can barely close the door with one person in there.

Awesome beachfront location but tired facilities

Beechers is right on the beach. Awesome location. The rooms looked clean overall but are a little tired. The stove and refrigerator were clean on the inside but need to be upgraded, in my first room. I found tiny bugs on the counter tops. They allowed me to switch rooms but I had to pay extra because the room was larger and an upgrade. I looked at another “silver” room but saw the bugs there, as well. So I took the “gold” without the bugs. They should have covered the extra $50. All the rooms need refreshing, painting in the “gold” room and all the rooms I saw, new bedroom shades and appliances in the “silver” room. The price was less than other places so this is why.
