Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

Condo Notice: Our condo association has a planned property project schedule for Oct. 2026 - Dec.2026. There is a possibility that this could push into Jan. 2027. We anticipate workers being on property, but not inside condos, during the weekdays, from 7am to 7pm. Noisy work is permitted from 8am to 6pm. There will not be any work on weekends, nor Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve though New Year's Day)

This charming 2nd floor balcony suite will have you ready to enjoy your time at the beach. This condo was creatively put together. The full kitchen includes a stove with oven and large refrigerator. The living room is set up so you can enjoy the ocean, pool or Flat Screen TV view from the queen sleeper sofa (new as of April 2019). Track lighting gives plenty of options for ambiance. This is the closest balcony suite to the beach access, leave from your room and you'll be on the beach in minutes. The bathroom has an elegant tone and has a newer tub and fixtures. The queen bed in the bedroom is comfortable and the laminate flooring throughout allows for easy clean up. A flat screen TV gives the option to watch something else in the bedroom if you so desire. A new queen pillowtop symbol mattress (as of April 2019) makes for a good night's sleep. If you want your entire family along for a beachside trip, this is the unit for you. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

This entire property has been totally renovated and it is gorgeous. The condo I stayed in was clean and very comfortable. Loved the view from my balcony and the easy access to the beach. Definitely plan to stay here again. And again!

The view from out room was okay. The location isn’t the best as the walkway to/from the beach is looking directly into your room as is the pool. The pictures online did show this but I didn’t realize until I had the curtains open that it would be a problem.

Tub did not drain. It took 12 hours for the water from my daughter's 10 min shower to fully drain. The kitchen sink is small and stained. The fridge is rusted on the outside. The cleaners stood outside our door like vultures watching us while we loaded our belongings to leave, making an already smaller space very difficult to navigate. There are like 20 different smart TVs in range so it's a guessing game when trying to connect to the ones in your condo with no directions to help.

Smooth check-in. Unit was a bit outdated and could use a little upgrade. Dining table and chairs are retro 80’s/90’s?? Balcony chairs and table are Dollar General style. Refrigerator was clean on inside but had areas of rust on outside of door, plus it could be bigger. Bed was comfortable. Property itself was very good…easy access to beach, clean pool. Only downside is having smoking areas in a bad location that need better access, especially for handicap people. Kudos to maintenance! When we got to our unit the smoke detector was chirping every minute and maintenance man came right away to change battery. Overall it was a decent 3 night stay and if we return we will be looking for a gold room instead of the silver room that we had. We spoke with a couple who have been coming here for 15 years and told us about the different levels of rooms.

Beach condo

We had one of the nicest weekends ever. The condo was clean, efficient and was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. I do think the mattress and pillows need to be ungraded. Other than that, it was a great find and value. We may book again in the fall.
