The house has a pleasant large sunny terrace where you can have lunch behind the green fronds of an orange tree. In the garden, about 600 square meters there are firs, magnolias, cedrus and hedges and orange trees, where children have at their disposal a very small playground. immersed in a green turf.

Super easy to deal with and very friendly hosts. They are quick to communicate and are near by for any needs. They kept us updated about the goingnon and had a premade list of whats close by how to get to everything using public transit. It was a charming little place that allowed us outside area. Enough kitchen to cokk dinners and a washing machine with outdoor clothes rack. We stayed for 8 days and we def reccommend this private gated property to anyone.

Perfect place to stay if visiting Rome

The place was perfect for our Rome stay. Massimiliano was a great host. He was there to greet us and showed us the place and gave us excellent tios. We had parking inside a locked yard and only about 400m from the train station which connected us to Rome and its efficient subway. We bought the one week pass and it was ideal not to have to drive anywhere for a week. The apartment was well layed out with a large bedroom and a spacious kitchen area. Communication with the host was top notch with emails being responded to within minutes. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Rome and not staying in Rome itself

Perfekte Lage für Rombesuch mit dem Auto

Alles bestens, sehr nette Vermieter, Innenstadt mit der Bahn gut erreichbar. Auto steht sicher im mit großem Tor verschlossenem Garten. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Nur gute Restaurants gibt's in unmittelbarer Nähe eher nicht.

Ruhige Lage. Für Rom Besucher mit dem Auto zu empfehlen.

Überraschend ruhige Lage. Das Auto steht absolut sicher auf dem Hof. Praktische Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank. Von Ottavia kommt man schnell auf den Autobahnring von Rom (GRA) um z.B. Nemi See oder Tivoli zu besuchen. Empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Massimiliano. Trop peu à notre goût. Nous avons été reçu avec une gentillesse rare. Massimiliano et son père nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations sur Rome afin de faciliter notre séjour. L'appartement est vaste et très très bien équipé. Il y a même une terrasse qui donne dans le jardin. Tout était très propre. La proximité de la gare facilite les déplacements à Rome. Il est certain que si nous revenons à Rome nous reviendrons chez Massimiliano.!!!

Siamo stati nella casa Il Giardino di Romolo e al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario una persona veramente gentile e disponibile. abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto spazioso , pulito e ben attrezzato per un ottimo soggiorno con una bella terrazza dove poter anche mangiare. L'appartamento si trova in una bella zona tranquilla ma molto ben servita da negozi e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione . Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è per questo che lo consigliamo vivamente

Die Wohnung - eigentlich ein kleines HAUS - mit Balkon und wunderbarer Aussicht, liegt total ruhig mitten in einem Vorort von Rom. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fleischer etc. sind innerhalb von 3-5 Min erreichbar. Das zweitbeste: die Lage ist absolut ruhig! Selbst unser Baby konnte himmlisch schlafen. Das Beste: die Vermieter sind unglaublich gastfreundlich, kümmern sich über alle Maßen um die Gäste und stehen stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Daher mein Fazit: TOP ****!
