LOCATION
Villas on the Beach is exactly what the name suggests—set directly on Barbados’ famous Platinum Coast.
The soft white sand is at your doorstep, with the Caribbean Sea stretching out before you. (Note: platform-generated tags such as “2-minute drive to beach” are inaccurate—this penthouse is truly beachfront.)

Guests also enjoy access to two communal pools, perfect for a refreshing dip. Our group (two families of 4) had an amazing stay in the villa. Was perfect location, exactly as described, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, cool an/c and of course the view. We also loved the location close to multiple great restaurants and wonderful snorkeling if you exit left or right just from shore. Kids had a blast in the pools. Really would recommend.

Great location for beach walks and restaurants. Although the pool is small it was very refreshing and convenient. Cleaning staff and security very friendly and kind. We were able to rent beach umbrellas from a next door restaurant which was helpful. There are beach chairs but no cushions. You can however rent those as well. The air conditioning was tricky as bedroom doors need to be closed in order for them to work, but we managed. The twin bed is very small, suitable for a single adult or two children. An excellent stay.

The Villa is very clean, spacious and quiet, with a beautiful balcony to view the ocean. The location couldn't be more perfect, with a stocked grocery store right across the street, with a taxi stand in the parking lot if you need to get anywhere around the island. There is also a nice restaurant/shopping district just a short walk away. Our check in process with the property manager was seamless. It was ideal for a family vacation with our group that was ages 20 - 85!

Everything about this VRBO rental was outstanding. From the quick and informative responses from the host and house manager, Shereen the housekeeper and the staff at Villages on the beach. Location was phenomenal right on the beach and walking distance to any amenity we needed. Restaurants in the area are all so good. Six people for one week all loved this property. Would love to come back and will recommend to anyone wanting to visit Barbados.

This is gold standard and just what you could dream of after a long flight . This stunning penthouse villa was exceptional in every way . From the moment we were warmly welcomed personally with drinks from Jon ,shown around the most immaculate and spacious place with interiors so beautifully thought out it was like a 5 star hotel but with huge space and huge balconies . Outside was furnished with sofas ,beds ,tables chairs with views to die for of the beach and landscaped gardens and pool . The glass opens up fully to bring the beach into the room seamlessly .The beds were so tastefully decorated and so comfortable 4 bathrooms allowed us to have our own space in which to relax and get ready with ease . You could hear the sea gently splashing as we drifted off ! I picked the villa penthouse on the interiors and space but the icing on the cake was the ease of being in Holetown with everything to hand fabulous restaurants nearby there is no need for a car if you have already explored . It is rare that I use the word perfect but this is exactly what this dream of a place is , we are so grateful to have experienced it along with Jon the perfect host . If you are looking for a dreamy place to live out your dreams book this place .

Our stay at The View was amazing! The space is gorgeous - with plenty of room for the 8 of us and, of course, a beautiful view of the ocean. This is a first class property right in Holetown. I would recommend bringing swimming shoes as getting into the water includes navigating a shore littered with tiny rocks. The pool on site is more than adequate and spans the entire length of the complex.

Another wonderful stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and just booked again for next year. We were beautifully looked after by Shareene and Simon was always available if we needed him. The apartment is spacious with the most spectacular views and close to everything Holetown has to offer. Can’t wait to return!

We visited Barbados 25 times before deciding to buy a property there and that gave us the chance to find the very best location (in our opinion) on the island.
We chose Holetown, as not only does it have beautiful beach, but is the centre of all the facilities that the West Coast has to offer; so much so that you do not need to hire a car.
