We own this apartment since its construction about 12 years ago. It is very comfortable for a family and we enjoyed many summers here. Our children invited many frieds and they had a lot of fun

If you are looking for a very comfortable apartment in a nice building very weel maintened with a good variaty of ameninties, this is your right choice. Punta del Este is the most beatiful beach area in South America with beatiful sunsets and sunrise, many options for dinning plus incredible beaches. Also, we have thre golf courses and all the beach activities that you are looking for. Punta del Este airport is 20 minutes from the apartment and if you are arriving to Carrasco Airport in Montenvideo we are 1.30hs from there.
