This lovely beachfront apartment is located on the waterfront drive, in front of the calm beach called Playa Pinares in Punta del Este. This is a relaxing location in Punta del Este. The best sunsets and very near the famous attraction sites: Punta Ballena and Casapueblo; the City of Maldonado and its Cathedral; la Península; Punta del Este's port; the shopping mall and casinos; and very near the international airport. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building. The elevator serves only 8 apartments. Wide and private beachfront terrace (no buildings on the sides); a second terrace to prepare your barbecues, the Uruguayan style. The kitchen also has view of the sea and has a terrace with a sink. 3 bedrooms (2 are suites), 3 bathrooms. Each guest will have a set of sheets and towels. The shutters of the bedrooms are motorized. We provide 2 bicycles so that you can enjoy the riding along the path on the front water drive reserved for walking, jogging, running or bicycling. As the apartment is free from other buildings around, and just sea and gardens, you can enjoy the big terrace in front of the beach in a very private way. When being in the apartment the feeling is like you are in a yacht, as you see the sea from everywhere accompanied by a nautical decoration.
