About this property

Longère Vendéenne, Gîte in an old water mill.

Our gîte Les Cyclamens is nestled in a charming green setting with stream, bamboo forest ... Magnificent, quiet and relaxing place at the bottom of a valley.

Our gîte has been awarded 3 ears of corn by Gîtes de France.

Ground floor: large room of 45 m² with fireplace, comfortable American kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer), pantry (washing machine, dryer) and WC.
Upstairs: A bedroom with 1 double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 drawer bed, a bathroom (shower 90x90) and separate WC.

Covered terrace 30 m² overlooking large private plot of 1500 m² (garden furniture, electric barbecue, deckchairs).

WIRELESS

We offer you :
     ~ Cleaning fees option: 50 €
     ~ Sheets option: 10 € per bed
     ~ Towels option: 8 € per person

You will be asked for a deposit of € 200 upon delivery of the keys.
We do not accept animals.

You can visit Vendée and La Charente Maritime:

La Rochelle, Le Puy du Fou, The Poitevin Marsh, Green Venice, Mervent (forest, zoo, adventure park), Vouvant (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Indian Forest, Vendée beaches. But also, medieval castles, churches, monuments, historic sites (Mouilleron en Pareds, Jard / Mer ...), possibility of fishing (communal pond of St Martin Lars)
