Apartment on the first floor without elevator of a typical old Menton town house, you can access it by the main street, on foot or by car.

You will have pedestrian access close to very close to shops (5mn), public transport (2mn), restaurants (2mn) and beaches (3mn).

The car is only necessary if you want to hike in the mountains. The proximity of the two stations and the buses puts you within easy reach of the day the cities of Monaco, Nice and Ventimiglia.

The train station is 15 minutes walk, even with a suitcase, and parking is easy if you agree to walk a little (10 minutes) otherwise there is a paid parking 5 minutes.

L'appartement est vraiment top ! Très bien situé, tout est à proximité, ce qui rend l'escapade encore plus agréable. Le propriétaire est super sympa, il prend le temps de tout expliquer en détail pour que l'on se sente vraiment à l'aise. En plus, des cadeaux de bienvenue sont offerts, un petit geste qui fait toute la différence. Une expérience vraiment positive, je recommande à 100% !

Un petit bijou au cœur de la vieille ville

On a passé, ma fille et moi, trois semaines dans cet appartement. Et c'est avec le cœur gros que nous l'avons quitté. L'appartement: tout équipé, propre, très confortable. Il est plus qu'évident que le propriétaire a mis beaucoup d'amour dans ce logement. Le lieux: la rue Longue est une merveille, proche de tout et au cœur de toutes activités. C'est un petit village à elle seule. La plage devient quasiment notre terrasse. De ce que j'ai pu constaté en 3 semaines, c'est le lieu le plus "Instagramable" de la ville. L'accueil: Thomas est un hôte exceptionnel et très accueillant. Il nous a régalé avec tous les cadeaux de bienvenue. dont un limoncello fait maison Dé.li.cieux. Un gars de Menton amoureux de sa ville et qui sait à merveille transmettre à ses locataires cet amour pour ce lieu merveilleux. Je recommande à 300%

Wie beschrieben und noch schöner zu erleben

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Herr Paumier hat aus einem Teil eines alten beengten Haus in der historischen Altstadt ein Schmuckstück gemacht mit der Integration aller moderner Annehmlichkeiten von Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, sowie WiFi, großer TV und Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Herr Paumier ist außerordentlich liebenswürdig, großügig und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt und Eingewöhnung in dieser ungewöhnlichen Umgebung ist mit seiner Hilfe sehr leicht gefallen. Die lebendige Altstadt ist eine einmalige schöne Erfahrung. Wir hoffen, wiederkommen zu können.

L’appartement est fidèle à l’annonce, se situant à deux pas de la mer, le cadre est idyllique. L’appartement est parfaitement aménagé et très joli. Thomas met tout en œuvre pour nous faciliter l’arrivée et les vacances. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et le côté très humain de ce séjour ! Fidèle à l'annonce, l'appartement est très bien situé, propre, fonctionnel et charmant. Mr Paumier est plus qu'accueillant, toujours là pour répondre aux questions et de très bon conseil, notamment pour les randonnées et visites ! Des gestes de bienvenus ont parfait notre arrivée en plus des indispensables mis à notre disposition. Des conditions idéales pour profiter de Menton où tout est accessibles à pieds de l'appartement. Appartement super sympa dans vieille ville

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli appartement refait à neuf et avec goût dans cette belle et typique rue, de la vieille ville de Menton, au dessus de l’ancienne épicerie de chez Denise. A 2mn à pied, de la plage des Sablettes qui a été récemment joliment réaménagée. Appartement très bien équipé, tout à été bien pensé et optimisé. Propriétaire super sympa, sans complication. A 2mn de la rue piétonne, et du beau marché haut en couleur ! Rue dédiée exclusivement aux riverains pour dépose, donc très peu de nuisances sonores de voitures.
