Silvercoast Apartments is situated in Geraldes, Atouguia da Baleia, at only a 10 mins walk from the beautiful Sao Bernardino´s beach. A ten minute drive brings you to the centre of Lourinhã and Peniche, home of the world famous surf spot, Supertubos.

Modern, comfortable, well-equipped apartments, for a long stay or enjoy a family weekend. Silvercoast Apartment offers stunning panoramic sea views from the large roof terrace. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa & small gym in the common areas all of which guests are welcome to use. Large terraces and gardens, 2 separate BBQ areas with dining furniture, all shared between the three apartments.

The largest of the three apartments, Apartment Tulip offers excellent sea views from the kitchen, lounge and master bedroom, and its accommodation is generous by even the highest of standards.
It is a 2-bedroom apartment, fitted with a living room with a smart TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom.
The light, spacious open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area provide enough room for a family to relax in comfort. There’s even a wood burning stove for added comfort on those chilly winter nights. The two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to four people, whilst a sofa bed in the lounge provides sleeping space for one more if desired.

Silvercoast Apartments is wonderful place to relax, in a small town, semi-rural environment with local butcher, small supermarkets, bakery and coffeeshop within 5 minutes walking. Perfect base location for local beaches, surfing & water sports within a short drive.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is very spacious and the property also offers and outside pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, a massive roof terrace and a couple of BBQs with eating areas. You need a car to get to the near by beaches and Peniche. Communication was fantastic. Would always come back.

Great apartment with everything you need. Nice sea view from the roof terasse! Chilling in the pool and enjoying the night sky from the jacuzzi was perfect! Only the street next to the house is sometimes a bit loud. In all we were very pleased with our stay! Thank you!

we arrived at the apartment and cei and niki greeted us and we instantly felt welcome..then wen we got inside the apartment we where really happy with how clean and tidy it was..every thing was there ....next day a quick chat with niki to pick her brains about the local amenities....then in the matter of no time I am on one of the nicest golf courses I have ever playd. we just luved going out walking and getting lost and ending up in some rustic village for lunch ..hey its Portugal who cares about time .it was so nice for us just switch of.we cant wait to get back out there .happy days see you guys soon and thank you its the best holiday we have had.

Lo mejor: apartamento muy amplio, con un gran espacio cocina-comedor-salón muy agradable, con una mesa grande y tres sofás. La cocina nueva y completamente equipada. El dormitorio principal es muy amplio, las camas son muy cómodas y disponen de varias almohadas. En las zonas comunes hay una piscina de tamaño ajustado al número total de huéspedes, rodeada de una zona de tumbonas bastante agradable, incluyendo barbacoas y mesas para comer. Tiene un jacuzzi en un patio central y un solarium muy amplio con variedad de butacas y tumbonas. Tiene un pequeño pueblo con panadería, tienda y casa de comidas a menos de 10 minutos andando, y playas a unos 15 minutos. Peniche, con todos los servicios importantes, está a solo 10 minutos en coche. El encargado de la finca, William, es muy amable y vive en la propiedad, lo que permite solucionar cualquier incidencia rápidamente. Lo peor: La propiedad está situada en un cruce de dos carreteras que, aunque son secundarias, tienen un tráfico de cierta intensidad, y las ventanas de salón y dormitorio principal dan a una de estas carreteras, por lo que son bastante ruidosos. La entrada del apartamento está junto a una de las entradas de la propiedad y a una de las mesas de uso común, lo que le resta algo de intimidad. El segundo dormitorio tiene poca iluminación, ya que solo cuenta con una pequeña ventana que da al patio interior. El dormitorio principal tiene poco espacio para guardar ropa (un armario pequeño con perchas y una balda baja)

Vidros sujos, talheres sujos, cama sem lençol de cima. Precisamos de um utensílio de cozinha e o senhor conseguiu arranjar-nos algo para desenrascar. Vista maravilhosa para o pôr do sol, terraço espetacular. Perto das praias. Padaria muito boa perto.

Perfect Portugese getaway

Loved our week long stay at the Silvercoast apartments. The owners have recently changed in the last couple weeks. Upon arrival we were greeted by Willy who was always kind and considerate. Unfortunately the oven was broken but they are sorting out a replacement and in the meantime, Willy kindly offered his oven but we just BBQed instead. Nearby Peniche is very cheap to eat out and restuarants are full of locals (always a good sign!). Lots of day trips nearby, and amazing beaches. The Tulip apartment is huge, clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was warm enough on the hot days, and the hot tub was fab. Spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you Willy and Montserrat for everything you did 😊

We came for a 2 week holiday and really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and the property very comfortable. The swimming pool, the hot tub and the outside space (with its numerous bbqs, outside seating and beautiful plants) makes this a great holiday property and I highly recommend this holiday property. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and having owned the property for 14+ years we’re very knowledgable about local places to visit and eat. Plus they helped with transport when we needed to get to the airport.

We have lived in Portugal for 9 years and our apartment rental business continues to grow. We love meeting new people from around the world and sharing surf stories around the BBQ over a few glasses of Portuguese red wine.I run the business with my partner Cei, we love the beach lifestyle and the relaxed vibe in this part of Portugal

Why they chose this property

We found this property in 2007 whilst on a surfing holiday in the area. We had no intention of leaving the UK at the time and were viewing houses more out of curiosity than anything.
After staying in a few local rentals during this and previous trips we were a bit disappointed by the cost and general poor standard of the local accommodation.
Silvercoast Apartments had been empty nearly 10 years when we purchased the building and needed love and attention. Niki and I decided that we could take a risk and and relocate to a part of Portugal that we love and start a new chapter away from our stressful city jobs.
We spent 2008 renovating the property and learnt many valuable lessons along the way.
In the years since, we have continually made changes and improvements to the site and though there will always be more to do. We now consider it both our home and a wonderful place for others to come and stay.
