2 Bedroom Luxury Condo only 1 Block from Las Vegas Strip

This luxurious suite is located 1 block from the Las Vegas Strip (behind the LiNQ hotel and High Roller Observation Wheel). It has easy access to the monorail (across the street) which can take you the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition, it is conveniently located across the street from the Las Vegas Sands Convention Center. In addition, the Caesars Convention Center is located across the street. A few blocks down from the resort, and you are near the MSG Sphere.

The space
COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ACCESS:

The all-suite resort provides a free shuttle to the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Fremont, Las Vegas North Premium Outlets and Stratosphere Hotel.

The resort features 5 heated swimming pools and 2 fitness centers. There is an onsite tasty poolside restaurant and bar, providing all-day dining and specialty cocktails throughout the day.

FREE PARKING:

Just park outside your condo free of charge. There are no parking fees.

Guest access
The resort also offers free BBQ gas grill facilities to BBQ your favorite steak or wings. Free BBQ utensils are available in the onsite mini-mart located at the bottom of the clubhouse. In addition, the mini-mart offers a great selection of food and beverages.

Great Stay
I just had a great stay here with my Wife and our friends. A perfect 2 and 2 that gave us each our own space and plenty of community space as well. Check it was quick and easy. The location of unit was in the back of the property. The cool thing is that they offer shuttle and golf cart services to bring you to and fro. The unit itself was very clean and cool on hot days. If I had one issue and it the same issue all over Vegas, they need to upgrade the TV’s and allow us to stream movies and shows. The local TV is not what people want. The pool area was great. The communication was great. The whole trip was aces. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect getaway spot
This property was exactly what we were looking for. Not directly on the strip, it gave us a nice break from the hustle and bustle to relax, swim, soak in the jacuzzi and cook in our own kitchen. The property was clean and easy to walk with quick access to taxi’s and multiple pools. When we were ready to go out it was a quick taxi ride to the strip. We would stay here again!

Perfect location
The host was very responsive and on site staff was friendly. Location was perfect, 5 min walk to the Sphere entrance and easy walk to the strip. Other than to and from the airport we walked everywhere. Perfect size for our family of four and the on site restaurant was convenient and good. Too cold for the pools but in warm weather they would be great. Would stay again.
