Pier Park is worth the drive, as it has everything from shopping, to beach access, to concerts and festivals all year long! If you are itching to play a round of golf, Signal Hill Golf Course is a quick four miles away!

The coastal decor and bright interior give this home a joyful ambience all day long and access to the pool is just outside your back door. After an eventful outing, lounge blissfully on the couch in the living area while catching up on a good book. Even better, spend a day laying out on the sundeck or make your way to the beach for that long-awaited relaxation only found while walking on the pristine sand and listening to the tide. Use the full kitchen to make anything from a small cup of coffee to entire meals whenever you please. Enjoy evenings out on your private deck with a bottle of wine as you watch the sunset and end the night dozing off to a movie on the 50' TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
