If you like to spend your holidays in a place in the heart of city centre but with privacy and space, this apartment is for YOU.

This appartment recently refurbished offers very nice amenities for your holidays. This place will seduce you with its refined and warm decor.
the experience begins with an independent entry. A wide and well-lit living room with two confortable sofa opens on to a suntrap balcony. A bright glass window encompasses the dining room located next to the half-open kitchen equipped with modern and funtional equipment to help you in cooking like at home. This part of the flat gives access to the back of the house where you wiil find the Patio. There, you will find an intimist covered terrace to enjoy your meals or just to chill in a green area. You will forget you are in the city centre. A plancha and barbecue are at your disposal in this area. Regarding the sleeping area, on the ground floor is a wide bedroom suite opening to the balcony to accomodate you. It is equipped with an open bathroom (with a bath) and a large closet. A second bathroom is also available on the ground floor, with an italian shower as well as seperated toilets. On the 1st floor converted attic is a lovely double bedroom with two single beds. You'll find there another toilet facility for more comfort.

Bed linens are not provided. However, we can arrange a rental if needed.
