This House stands tall on the most Northern tip of Spanish Wells Beach and most beautiful spot you can ever imagine living on the Beach.The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a large patio over looking the beautiful Beach and Atlantic Ocean.The owner of the House is a wonderful carpenter and you will see this the minute you walk in the door with all the accent wood carvings starting with the staircase that enters the upstairs of the house.The Master suite is located upstairs over looking the Beach with breathtaking views.The living room and kitchen is also over looking the beautiful Beach with lovely furniture that you will want to lay off in to read a nice book and fall asleep while listing to the ocean waves breaking along the seashore and feel the salty air blowing threw the large glass front door.

A week’s Paradise

I and my three adult children and their spouses and my only grandchild had our first vacation together in many years. I had been to Spanish Wells before so I picked place. Everyone thought everything was perfect including the lodging which truly “was it”. There was not a single thing lacking for the entire time from pickup at the airport being arranged until drop off a week later. No details were spared. I have never stayed in a place before that was more conducive to guests enjoyment.

Perfect Place

The house was amazing. The location is perfect with amazing views and its own private beach. There is plenty of room for two families and we enjoyed the kayaks and floats at the house.

Best time at This Is It

We really enjoyed our stay at This Is It. The house was nicely accommodating for our family and friends. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing and we were fortunate to see the full moon rise on July 3, 2023. It was huge and beautiful. Our only complaint were the flies. They were very annoying. Otherwise we had a wonderful, great time! We loved the house and the views. Thank you.
