This extraordinary two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo is situated in the heart of the East End. All-new construction, hardwood floors, architectural detail and lovely furnishings make for a comfortable retreat.

The first floor has a kitchen with all new, top-end appliances, living room area with a flat screen television and cable. The open flow is also perfect for diving into a bestseller or a good conversation with friends while sipping a libation. There is a half-bath on this level.

The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms that comfortably sleep two. The master is especially spacious with vaulted ceilings and loads of light overlooking Commercial Street and the bay. The washer/dryer are also located on this floor.

A private deck outside the entrance is perfect for sitting outside to take in the changing light or catch some sun. Forced air central heat and cooling throughout the unit.

The property is a stone's throw from Spindler's, Strangers & Saints, Wired Puppy and all the incredible East End restaurants, shops and galleries. A short stroll to the town landing and MacMillan Pier and into the West End. Short drive or bike ride to Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Amazing Stay

We have been coming to Ptown for Women's Week for many years and this condo was our favorite by a long shot. The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The location for what we were doing was perfect. Easy walk to everything. The views of the water were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, exceptional location

This is one of the best places we have stayed in Provincetown. Newly renovated, the apartment is clean, bright, with killer views. The host was organized and available. Check in was easy, as was check out. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Fantastic apartment

This is a lovely unit that is perfectly maintained. It is close to everything and we were able to walk to most of the places we went to. If you are comfortable with stairs I highly recommend this unit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to cook meals. Every room has good light coming in with views of the water from the living room and main bedroom. Our host was terrific who checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything and warned us that there was a possible power outage ( it lasted less than 10 seconds) due to work on a transformer in the area.

Best Place and Location

I am so happy we chose this place !!! The pictures do not do justice. ! This place is right on commercial st and comes with parking. Which we loved because we could walk everywhere. You are near the fun but not to close where you can’t sleep at night. This place is nicely spaced out and stocked! It was very clean and well cared for. Doug the owner was always available and made sure our stay was great. Definitely will rent again next year.
