As you enter the home the stairs lead up to the either the main level or the lower level. Heading upstairs, you will find a modern kitchen with island which seats four. There is a large table for dining and a comfortable couch to relax after a long day at the beach. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom located off of the main hallway. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. The lower level offers two additional large bedrooms, both with queen beds. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A wet bar is located next to the door that leads to the backyard. The backyard features a patio with table, six chairs and umbrella. There is an unenclosed outdoor shower which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Please note in the winter this house rents as a four bedroom, two bathroom.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
