Beautiful Beach block Townhome. Steps to Promenade. First floor features, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two twin beds. The other has a Pyramid bed (Full on bottom and twin on top), and a separate twin bed. Second floor has the "great room" living area, dining area, kitchen, full bath , bedroom with King bed and private deck with ocean views, and a large deck off of the family room for entertaining with ocean views. Third floor has 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 deck with ocean views and 1 full bath. There are three desks to accommodate work from home or school from home needs. Owner provides 5 Beach tags (not guaranteed) Extra fridge in garage.
