The essence of tranquility is in this one bedroom, second floor beachfront condo! With a Mexican flare to our decorating, you will feel the essence of the town!

We are located just steps from high tide on the Pacific Ocean with an unobstructed view from all rooms. Second floor affords complete privacy and security with the blind and sliders open, a view of sunrise and sunset, fishing boats, yachts, cruise ships, and whales from any room in the unit. Hear, smell and see the ocean because you don't have to pull the blinds for privacy, the case with first floor units. There is a blackout curtain in the bedroom so you can sleep through sunrise.

Fishing dock is minutes away, as well as permanent flea market, harbor, downtown shopping, excellent selection of restaurants, and crazy nightlife.

Terrasol units are privately owned, not a time share or hotel setting, providing an environment for a quiet, romantic and relaxing experience.

Excellent location. Ocean front and quiet. Needs some updating and maintenance. Kitchen cupboard door pulled off the hinges when my wife opened it and balcony floor tile were broken and heaved up from the subfloor. Perfect location, very quiet and relaxing. I would go back.

Amazing place

This was our first time staying outside of the Marina area and we loved it. The sound of the ocean was magical and everything we love about Cabo was easy to get to via walking or a short Uber. Highly recommend!

This condo was great! Well stocked with supplies, clean, excellent WiFi and TV selections. The outdoor patio allows you to see both sunrises and sunsets. The grounds are beautifully landscaped! Communication with the host was excellent. I would definitely stay again!

From the morning sunrise to the evening sunset you will enjoy the peace of the oceanfront balcony. Watched whales, enjoyed the onsite restaurant and pool. So close to town. Great communication. Just perfect

We had a wonderful time in Cabo staying in this unit. The location is amazing! We thoroughly relaxed while sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The condo was close to town and we walked to the scuba shop (5 minutes) each morning for excellent scuba diving! We also loved the quiet pools at Terrasol (nice and not at all crowded) and the pool bar!

Perfect little get away!

This property is in the perfect location, pleasant walk to the marina and downtown Cabo, but in a quiet resort area right on the beach. Property is as advertised but with so much more than you normally get when you stay at a place through VRBO. Hosts are so kind to leave much available that would normally be locked away in an owners closet; like beach chairs, fishing gear, sun hats, etc. We absolutely loved our trip and will be back. Terrasol Resort is wonderful, and this condo is perfect!

Had a wonderful stay here! I’ve been to Cabo countless times and this was the best seat in the house! This location cannot be beat. This condo is on the best private beach with easy access to all of Cabo with just a short walk. TerraSol was great, quiet, and very easy going. I would definitely come back here!

Hot spot Cabo!!

As always, this is one of the best condos a person could stay at. Sunrise off the foot of your bed with no obstructions. Sunset off the balcony which sits right above the beach. Never disappoints.

Just book it - you won’t regret it!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful few days here. The pictures online truly don’t do it justice - the place was clean, well-stocked, the perfect location (best combo between quiet and private but close to all the happening spots in the Marina). The property manager, Jeannie, was super responsive and very flexible with our check in time given that we landed at noon (and check in is typically at 4). I can’t say enough good things - we will definitely be back! So sad to leave!

What makes this property unique

When you walk into this unit, the response is 'Wow". The view is one of a kind! King bed, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, 47" flatscreen TV with 100 channels, and WIFI as well as hard wired internet.

Kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals if you choose to.

We have two blowup twin mattresses for additional sleeping space.
