This lovely Pied-à-Terre in the sought after Island Grove neighborhood in Edgartown is the perfect vacation rental for a solo traveler or couple. Recently renovated, this light-filled one-bedroom guest apartment has everything you need for your summer vacation. Enter this second level apartment by way of a private staircase leading you into a bright and open living room with comfortable seating, a dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped galley kitchen. The bathroom is clean and modern, including a stall shower with floor to ceiling subway tiles and a glass door.

An outdoor area provides ample space for grilling, and is complete with a patio table, grill, umbrella and chairs to enjoy dining on warm summer nights. Enjoy the private outdoor shower post beach.

The Island Grove neighborhood offers access to association tennis courts and walking trails, and is less than 10 minutes by car, 40 minutes on foot, and 15 via bike from the beautiful south shore beaches and downtown Edgartown shops and restaurants. Enjoy a quick stroll through a walking trail to the popular Morning Glory Farm for muffins and coffee, and stock up on island produce and snacks.

Apartment Perfect for a Week on the Vineyard

We loved Leanne and Dan’s place, helped to make our week on the Vineyard just perfect. The VRBO description is modest; their place is a true gem. Leanne was a very helpful, responsive host. We’re looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful place for an island visit!

Everything just perfect about this place. Super clean, roomy, and well equipped for 2 people. Location also excellent for embarking on any island excursion. Leanne was a most gracious host and we felt the feeling of privacy at this location but she was always close by if we needed help or had a question. We would certainly come back and indeed look forward to it. Thanks again Leanne for a wonderful stay.

Friendly stay

I had a great time at the location. Leanne and her husband were super responsive to ALL my questions and really helpful. I had to adjust my checkin timing and they were very accommodating. The unit is just like the pictures - you could tell they take a lot of pride in hosting.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a fabulous stay at Leanne’s guesthouse. She provided everything we needed to be very comfortable and was so accommodating. This guest house is very, very clean and nicely decorated. And, it's just a short drive into Edgartown. We had a great time. Thank you, Leanne! You are a 5 star host!!

A wonderful stay!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at this place! The property photos don't even capture its true charm and beauty. This apartment is incredibly spacious, elegantly renovated recently, and exudes a serene cleanliness that made it a true dream getaway. We had an incredible time here! Nestled in a peaceful residential area, it offered a wonderful escape from the city hustle, yet remained conveniently close to fantastic amenities like restaurants, coffee shops, and a superb grocery store. The hosts were simply fantastic - incredibly kind and always ready to assist. Having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Counting down the days until we can rebook this gem of a place!
