Relax in the welcoming living room, appointed with a couch, armchair, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Prepare beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the kitchen bar for meals, which offers seating for six. Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, appointed with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers another King-size bed and another flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination.

- MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FOR DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY (2 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL DURING THIS TIME)
- Assigned parking for two cars maximum in the parking lot. (There is no overflow parking)
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
