The house comes with a private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge can assist with booking beach chair rentals, organizing grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation. The concierge will be your primary point of contact during your vacation should you need anything. The open kitchen and living space is lined with windows and features high ceilings. The kitchen holds a refrigerator, two dishwashers, an island, and a breakfast bar for six. The dining table seats 12 comfortably. Attached to the kitchen is the walk in pantry and laundry area which houses a bonus fridge for extra food storage. The main living room features a gas fireplace underneath the large flat screen TV and brand new furniture, including a comfortable sectional sofa! The second floor features a coffee bar in the main hallway, perfect for those lazy mornings at the beach! A furnished deck lines the entire beach side of the house on both the main and top floor. The fenced in yard features a private in ground pool. Along the private beach access there is a gazebo with Adirondack chairs for ultimate relaxation.
