Schöner Ausblick. Ruhige Lage. Angenehme Temperaturen in der Nacht.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Höhenzug und man hat schöne Aussichten auf die umliegenden Dörfer. Es ist angenehm ruhig...tags und nachts. Wenn man tagsüber die Fensterläden geschlossen hält und nachts lüftet hat man angenehme Temperaturen zum Schlafen auch im Hochsommer. Draußen sind Schattenplätze zum Sitzen. Mehrere Restaurants sind im Umkreis von 1...5 km. Lorenza ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick. Gastfreundliche Vermieter.

Herrliche Lage, die Torismusziele Asti, Alba etc. sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten die Wohnung im OG. Gute geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Wer gerne selber kocht, sollte sich evtl. ein Kochmesser und eine Pfanne einpacken. Sehr empfehlenswertes und preiswertes Restaurant „Centrale“ in ca 2km Entfernung.

Summer in Montegrosso

We were a week in the apartment. The apartment is nice and well equipped. Despite is was a very warm week the apartment stays cool. The hospitality of Lorenza and Roberto are very good and they try to fulfill your wishes.

We are a friendly and educated family, speaking English, French and Spanish, with a good knowledge of the artistic heritage, landscape and food and wine of Piedmont and, in general, of Italy. So we can advise on all the best places to visit within a day, and where to eat the best dishes and taste the famous wines of the region of Monferrato, Langhe-Roero.

What makes this property unique

The house is very distinctive: it is a main farmhouse of the '800 with a bell tower on the roof because it was once a small monastery and celebrated the holy mass.
It was recently restored preserving the ancient charm, yet offering all modern comforts.
The place perfectly renders the concept of "Monferrato, World Heritage Site" as recently declared by UNESCO: the house is on top of a hill, surrounded by green valleys and other hills. When they arrive here for the first time, even local people appreciate the beauty of this place!
