This private 750 square foot mother in law apartment offers 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and a sitting / reading nook, living room with pull out couch, bathroom (with stand-up shower), laundry area and a full kitchen. We have a VERY large (shared) fenced back yard, perfect for your well behaved furry companion.

You will love this quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. You will be less than 4 miles from Siesta Key Restaurants, less than 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and less than 6 miles to downtown Sarasota.

The kitchen comes with a regular and Keurig coffee maker (with enough k-cups to get your vacation started) and also most spices needed for cooking. You will be all set for the beach with access to beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler!

A jewel of a find❤️

I was a little skeptical since this was a new listing with no reviews. But I went with my gut and was overly pleased. Sarah answered quickly with my questions. The location was in a quite and lovely neighborhood. The pictures and descriptions online are on target. Our pet felt right at home. Beautiful decor and comfy queen bed was wonderful. Sadly our vacation had to come to an end but we will definitely be back next year to Eric and Sarah’s lovely abode.

Excellent Stay

We stayed for the month of March 2022 and enjoyed every minute of it. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood was in a very convenient location and the hosts were wonderful - friendly and immediately available for any need we had. We look forward to returning!

Excellent Sarasota Location

This property was clean, comfortable, and convenient! The hosts (Eric and Sarah) are extremely nice and they have created a very pleasant property for a Sarasota visit. The property is very easy to use as your base to enjoy Sarasota and much more. It is extremely easy to access downtown, St. Armands, Lido Beach, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Beach. In 20 minutes, you can also enjoy the Venice area. It is only approximately 45 minutes to St Pete! The hosts have the property in top shape for the visit plus ample tips on places to dine and local attractions to visit. Highly recommended!!

Sarasota Sweet Stay

Sarah and Eric were wonderful hosts. Their private mother in law suite is very modern and clean and well furnished. The location is private but near the beaches and activities Sarasota offers.
