The house faces south and enjoys sunshine all day, the terrace allows you to be in the shade.
The large garden allows not to be disturbed. Many palm trees and flowers as well as throughout the residence are conducive to relaxation. The swimming pool 50 meters away as well as the Gofio restaurant in winter and the mini-market are great when you don't want to move.
The beach is accessible on foot in 10 minutes (800 m) bypassing the dunes.
The bus stop outside makes it possible to go on excursions throughout the island.
