Beautiful Villa in a Beautiful Location

We loved the villa. It was a little bit away from the city of Phillipsburg, but there were bars/restaurants/markets nearby. We are already discussing another stay there.

Island has really changed since we last came. It is poverty stricken and does not have much to offer

Like any destination, there are areas still evolving, but to suggest the island “does not have much to offer” is a disservice to both its people and the many guests who return year after year for its unique charm and hospitality. Amazing Rental

The property is exactly as it is listed and beyond. The location is ideal for many reasons. Restaurants close, right on the ocean walking distance and a short trip to many other areas of the island. Property manager was a gem to work with goes above and beyond your needs. I would highly recommend this property. Looking forward to returning myself. 🌴

Great property & fantastic location

We’ve stayed at coral beach club many times in the past in a variety of units. The setting is what brings us back year after year. It’s simply awesome. This particular unit did not disappoint, except beware that the beds are rock hard. We sleep on a firm mattress at home but these beds are another level. Everything else is exceptional.

Perfect family vacation with great property management

IRE Vacations was great through the entire rental process. Very responsive about questions before we arrived and provided instant assistance via WhatsApp while we were there. We really couldn't have asked for anything more for this family vacation. We have stayed at Coral Beach Club in the past at one of the marina units, but this was our first time in one of the ocean-facing units. Since we hadn't been to the island since Hurricane Irma, we weren't sure if things would be different. There were some differences like the marina and the former beach bar/restaurant that was on the beach was wiped out, but CBC was just as amazing as we remembered. The Sorento Villa was immaculate and very spacious with 2 large bedrooms/bath, two levels and two lovely patios. The villa is east-facing and has a gorgeous view of St. Barth's and the master BR wakes you up with beautiful sunrises. We loved having the ability to cook at home and there is a market at the hotel next door, but also Bread n Butter market is a quick drive away across the French border with everything you could need at good prices (including fresh baguette and French wine). Highly recommend renting a car so you can fully experience the entire island. We have always liked Oyster Pond/Dawn Beach because it's quiet, but still has amenities. It isn't in the middle of lots nightlife if that's what you're looking for. The Dawn Beach is great with chair/umbrella service and you can get drinks at the Veranda bar, but you are also close to other full service beach clubs around the island to mix it up.

Coral Beach Club

I stayed at CBC last year and absolutely loved it. This time I booked through VRBO after seeing a villa listed in the same property. Overall a great stay. Amazing location and the villa is beautiful. Maia and Cherise were always quick to respond with any need that I had. Looking forward to staying again.!
