Light and bright white kitchen opens to huge dining room. Fully finished lower level recreation room walks out to patio. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the three outdoor deck and patio areas. Stroll to the playscape with the kids or play tennis and pickle ball just one block away! All the amenities from home including wi-fi, cable TV and DVD player in living room, and washer and dryer in lower level. 1st floor master bedroom with French door to deck has King sized bed. Three bedrooms on 2nd floor with full jacuzzi bath. 2nd bedroom has King sized bed. 3rd bedroom has a Queen and a Full & 4th bedroom has a queen bed and full bed. After a fun sun filled day on the private Sagamore beach come home and relax on your deck overlooking lovely landscaped yard. We take great pride in our property and keep it meticulous. Wonderful Vacation

This was our second stay at this wonderful beach house. If you are looking for a great place to visit Cape Cod, Boston, and even to take a day trip to Salem this is it. The house was clean, comfortable and big enough for our family of 10. The neighborhood is quiet and we were close enough to walk to the beach. What more could you ask for ? Thanks Carol for the memories!!!

The property was lovely, close to the beach and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the addition of window air conditioners really helped keep the place cool. We loved our time!

Perfect family spot

Three generations enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and were able to take a short walk to the beach or park multiple times a day. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals at home and we could spread out to hang out at home inside or in the lovely yard spaces. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone enjoyed the trip! Perfect for anyone who can walk the 2 blocks to the beach. Wouldn’t work for someone with mobility issues-the beach access is a steep concrete slope or stairs-so you’d have to drive somewhere else. We barely left all week! Just the respite we needed.

If you are looking for a beautiful home that is kept super clean you have found the right beach home. The private beach is super long and a great walking beach, super for little kids, usually with calm waters. There are so many great attractions so close to our home.
