If you are looking for a great place to kick back and enjoy the easy Keys lifestyle, then Blue Heaven is just for you.
This ground-level three-bedroom two bath home is located on the ocean side of Cudjoe Key with a great deep canal and a marina just around the corner. The home features eclectic and colorful decor with a mix of antiques and Caribbean/Keys colors and art. Inside there is a bright and comfortable living room area with an adjacent dining area as well. There is also a large "Florida Room" which opens out to a huge screened and covered dining/party area.
The three bedrooms feature a queen in one bedroom, another queen in the second bedroom, two double beds in the third, plus a sofa sleeper in the Florida room. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you. Amenities include central AC, five TVs, , stereo with CD, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and barbecue grill.
From the full-length concrete seawall/dock and boat lift, you have excellent boating access to the ocean, Gulfstream and coral reefs, or the backcountry and Gulf. There is built-in step-down access to the canal for swimming or snorkeling.
Nearby there are excellent restaurants, a dive shop, and a marina. Within a short drive, there are also groceries, banks, a post office, bait and tackle, boat rentals, kayak rentals, and shopping. Key West and its unusual nightlife, world-class dining, and unique shopping are 20 miles south. The airport in Miami is about a three-hour drive. This is a non-smoking home.
